Delightful Experience
We had a great time in TN this yea, and the cabin made it even that much enjoyable! The staff at CabinsUSA were more than welcoming and helpful. I would recommend this cabin to anyone that wants to be close to Pigeon Forge/Dolly Wood/ and even Gatlinburg. When we come back, we will definitely keep this place in mind! More...

FUN VACATION
The cabin was very clean... We travel to pigeon forge 2 to 3 times a year this is the first time we booked with cabins usa.... The cabin and the resort was very clean and safe.... I would recommend to anyone with children.... More...

garbage
well first the cabin was not clean it looked like it had not been dusted in weeks the beds looked like the sheets were used so we had to wash them the first night we were there and I called twice for a garbage pick up was told some one would be right out to get it that night raccoons got into it when I went out to pick it up and put a rock on top of it there was a raccoon on the porch so waited till day light to pick up garbage called again was told some one wonld be there explained the garbage was so full could not close the container My kids were afraid of the raccoons so we could not enjoy the outside space hot tub or any thing else due to the garbage situationand it seemed like no one at the office cared they already had their money More...

Cabins USA sincerly apologizes for the lack of professionalism from our staff. These issues have been addressed with the staff. We are currently working with new staff and ensure that the housekeeping/maintenance issues have been addressed as well. We hope that you will stay with us again.
