Nice location

The cabin was nice and in a great location. therewas a couple issues during our stay i did not like. One issue was the upstairs toilet leaked into the downstairs bathroomabove the door. And it was not clean water because it leaked after using the stool, shower,or tub. It apperead it had leaked for awhile from the look of the boards above the door and i saw a review from august that mentioned a leak also.The other issue with the cabin was the smoke detectors. out of 5 I saw one did not work and one was missing completely(wires sticking out of the wall). When we arrived home we had another suprise from when we checked in. We asked the remainder of the bill be divided between 3 families. The lady told us the computer did not divide it up right. We told her no big deal we would work it out. One paid 290 another paid 200 and the other one was 190.We did not do the math then and everybody signed their card receipts. When we got home we found out that my brother that got charged 190 was charged twice which after doing the math made the total right. My problem was they added another 190 dollars that he did not sign for or know about for six days which could have messed up his checking account. We owed them the money and that was fine but they could have notified us before adding to someones card. the cabin was in my name he was a guest. We did have a great vacation despite these issues and i would use them again do to thier great location More...

Great time at a great price!

We had a great time and experience staying at this cabin...everything was clean and neat and very welcoming. We only had one issue during our stay and that was the toilet in the upstairs leaking through the ceiling of the kitchen...it wasn't the dirty water from the bowl(thank goodness) just water from the tank during refilling. The staff was very friendly any time I called for anything and upon check in. We will definintly stay at these cabins again whenever we visit the mountains! Thank you so much Cabins USA!!!

Overall pretty good, but room for improvement

The cabin was very nice and spacious, however two of the four toilets weren't clean when we arrived (we cleaned them) and there were several dishes and pots that were put back in the cabinets dirty (VERY dirty)which we also cleaned.
There is a nice pool in the "edition" this cabin is in, but the "edition" is still under construction and you drive down a gravel road to the pool. Nowhere on the website did it list that this was in an area still being developed. The location to the Parkway was convenient.
We called maintenance about two leaks in the cabin due to heavy rains, but I don't know that they ever came during our stay, it didn't appear that way. My suggestion would be to bring additional towels, as you aren't given very many by the rental company.
Overall, the cabin was very nice and has potential to be outstanding, but with the price we paid per night I expected a little more. More...

Maintenance was made aware of the situation and did go to fix the leaks. In the welcome pack that you are given, we explain that we give you enough towels and necessities for the amount of people in your party and it is up to you to provide the rest.

Very poor location

When we made this reservation we told you that we stayed in Easy Livin last year in cabins at the crossing and ask them if they was one there closer to the pool they told us that rainbow inn was. When we got there it was in another resort. A week before we got there we add a day July 19 and we ask it they had any special and they told us no.We went and took it and they told us the total would be $1,153.19 when we got there it was $1,191.37 $38.18 more. Then we got a book and it had ad where if you stayed four night you got one free so they lied to us there. The first night at the cabin we did not have any water till 11:30 pm so that was a real fun day and the next day I went down to the lower floor and the bath room from up stairs was leaking down from the seal from the pot so we had to get that fixed. Then the next night the two fire alarm went off about 1:00 am so we had to get up can check this all out. We paid you for cleaning it you think it was clean go up staird and lay in the bed and and look at all the dust on the wall at head of the bed. When I made the extra day July 19 09 I told them to send me a copy email and they did not do that also Donald D. Franklin

Very Nice

This cabin was beautiful. Loved everything about it except for the foosball table did not work. Loved the fact that had pool access. We had a great time.
