Great weekend getaway! |

| This was our destination for fall weekend getaway. The cabin was clean and seemed fairly new. Located between Pidgeon Forge and Gatlinburg, everything was easy to get to. We would definately stay there again and recommend it to friends. |

| My Husband and I spent our honeymoon at Autumn Run from Sept 28th-Oct 1st 2009. First stop was the office to check in, the lady there was super nice and everything was so simple, they give u easy to follow directions & map on how to get to the cabin from the office. We arrived at the cabin and were amazed at how clean & beautiful it was- exactly like the pictures! I love how they have the journal where everybody writes about where to go and the best places to eat. The hot tub was great on the porch... it did start leaking on the 2nd day but maintenance came right out and was so nice and helpful. I also loved the keyless entry & alarm the cabin had- also that we only had to call and say we were leaving- did not have to go back to the office at checkout- we are DEFINITElY coming back to CABINS USA!! |

| The service that we recieved while we were there was very nice. The cabin was everything that we could haved hoped for, the view, the mountain cabin feel, everything was great. The first time that you go to the cabin, try not to be scared of heights, the drive sometimes feels like you are going straight up but once you get there it is worth it. Everything is waiting for you when you get there, just bring your favorite foods. The view has to be the best thing about the cabin everything else is a close second. We will visit again as soon as we can. |

the cabin over all was beutiful, the view was fantastic. the battery died in door lock almsot could not get in cabin. but was fixed promptly the next day. I thought it was funny that you pay a 40 cleaning charge but you have to wash your own dishes before you leave and take out your trash and pile up all the towels befor you leave and then they have an envelope on the counter for tips? I dont think so.
overall a wonderful experience I would stay here again if we go back to gatlinburg |

Most relaxing weekend ever! |

My husband and I rented this cabin to celebrate our 18th year wedding
anniversary. We were more than pleasantly surprised to say the least. Autumn
Run is a true home away from home. It was beautiful, modern and clean. The
location was perfect- private but minutes away from Gatlinburg and Pigeon
Forge. The view from the master bedroom was breathtaking as well as the
view from the deck and the jacuzzi. We only had one issue with the DVD
player and 10 minutes after we notified the office, the maintenance man was
there to fix it! It was truly the most relaxing getaway that we have had in a
long time. We well definitely be back! Thanks Cabins USA for a great
weekend! |

| What can I say? The views were spectacular. The cabin was such a treat, it took all I had to get my daugher moving to go to the local attractions. We couldn't get out of the very soft beds, the relaxing jacuzzi, just the overall atmosphere. Very peaceful. The driveway was a bit scary and we did slide a little coming down. But what an adventure. I do not have anything bad to say, other than maybe supplying more wash cloths. We were there for five days and only rec'd 3 wash cloths. So I did laundry. No big deal. We cannot wait for next year. There are so many things to do and see in the area that we didn't get to. On the ride home we were already making plans for next year. You must see this cabin to believe. |

Perfectly Situated to Enjoy The Area |

The cabin was clean and looked exactly like the photos. The soft leather couch
and loveseat were so comfy! The basket of games was appreciated - we had a
blast playing Risk; Clue and Monopoly were also there. View was very nice, hot
tub lovely after a day of hiking!
Best feature of the cabin is its location - you're close to everything. You've got
privacy but you're not isolated. I'm glad I didn't stay in the Cobbly Nob area,
which is quite a drive away from the area attractions.
My only complaint (and you can see it did not keep me from giving the place 5
stars) is that there is some sort of shooting range nearby, and they open at
8am. It didn't bother me, but others in the party were annoyed at the sound of
gunfire while having morning coffee on the porch. |

| Autumn Run was better than the pictures. We arrived to a clean, bright cabin with an unbelievable view. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom were perfect for the kids, and my husband and I enjoyed waking up each morning in the upstairs loft to a beautiful mountain view out the large triangular windows. We all enjoyed playing pool and sitting on the rocking chairs on the deck. The sun sets right over the mountains in front of us. The kitchen was large and clean, and there is even an washer and dryer. We plan on coming back in the Fall one year...that way, perhaps we'll get better use of the hot tub on the porch. The driveway is scary at first, but by the end of our stay we looked forward to going up and down the mountain to our house. I highly recommend! |

Cabins USA provides a great service. Always there
to help you and it is done immediately. Autumn Run
Log Cabin was awesome. My wife and I loved it so
much we are planning on going back next year
already. The location is great it is right on the
edge of the park which keeps you right in between
everything. The cabin has everything you need from
kitchen to the softest bed I have ever slept on.
Also has dvd player and flat screen tv (even
though we didn't watch it much). Hot tube is very
nice and the view from the porch is absolutely
wonderful. Best thing is the privacy you have and
the least best thing which was still good was the
grill outside. Believe it could be a little better
then it was though it still cooked very well.
Overall I would recommend this to anyone wanting
to get away and have a good time with family
and/or just you and your spouse. |

| Great cabin! A little hard to get to due to the steep roads but just make sure to bring a good car that can handle it...it is worth it! Not too far from Gatlinburg so it was good to get away from the town but close enough at the same time. I loved how it was high up and could see the mountains from the bed, living room, and well through the whole house. |

Beautiful Home But Beware Of Hot Tub!! |

| I liked this house because it was conveniently located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge TN. This house is a beautiful log home and has all wood walls. The problem that I had was that, I came up here with my wife on our 1 year anniversary along with my brother and his wife. We all spent time in the hot tub, and we all contracted a bacterial infection call Folliculitis. This is caused by the Hot Tub being cleaned improperly. It causes a red rash all over your body that itches and burns. We went to the doctor and got medicine and payed for it out of our own pockets. I contacted Cabins USA of Gatlinburg and told the manager about what happened and she told me that she would have another manager call me. I still haven't heard from anyone about the problem with my stay. Thank You for your time. |

Peaceful 30th anniversary |

The whole process from finding property on internet to checking at
Cabins USA to checkout (keyless.....nice to avoid trip back to office,
just made a call tell them we were leaving).
Autumn Run is a great property with a terrific view, which is why we
selected this property on the internet.....sunsets were our favorite
time of day. Cabin has a very nice floorplan.
The only negative was that the windows were dirty, but we fixed
that with a bottle of window cleaner and a rag.......10 minutes of
work to get 4 days and 3 nights of "clear" views.
We will come back and maybe bring friends that can use the 2nd
bedroom.
As the guest book will tell you, beware the "driveway of
doom"......that is NOT a negative statement, just a term of
endearment!! :o) |

| This was just an amazing cabin. A perfect place to spend our honeymoon! The view was so spectacular we didn't want to leave even to go shopping. Very clean and quiet. We can't wait to go back and would recommend this cabin to all our friends and family. |

| We wanted to vacation in the mountains but be near the shops and restraunts. We found the best of both with this cabin rental. The cabin had everything we needed to relax. The hot tub and wrap around porch were nice to relax in and on. The view was amazing and was the real reason we selected this cabin. The drive up the mountain was a little scarey but added to the excitement too. We will be reserving this cabin again for our trip next year. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. |

Dream Cabin |

We searched for a month to find the perfect cabin in Gatlinburg. One night we finally found Autumn Run, the Perfect cabin. This vacation was for our honeymoon, since money was tight at the time. Autumn run was priced well under what you would expect to pay for something so beautiful. Once you travel the "Drivway of Doom," lol, you reach the heavens. It was so peaceful, beautiful, and calming. I am deathly afraid of heights, but being up there, I have never felt closer to God. From the relaxing feel inside, to the most beautiful daily sunsets that you could imagine. Sitting in the hot tub watching the sun set every evening with my beautiful wife was my favorite part. Then waking up in the morning with the view you have from the bed, just amazing. We highly recommend Autumn Run and CabinRentalsUSA. And we also plan on making it a family vacation for us and our three girls annually. "Just remember your code when you leave." But don't worry if you forget it, the ladies that work the rental desk were great, friendly, and very helpful. Thank you for a great honeymoon CabinRentalsUSA. Keep up the good work.
