Bears Ridge is eclectic and cozy
We received great service; I reserved another cabin that was a little too small for the four of us. Cabin USA upgrade us to bears Ridge, which is perfect for four people. This cabin is eclectic and cozy, great view from the back porches. The location is perfect only 5 minutes from Gatlinburg. We love the drive to the cabin!! The Amenities were everything I was expecting for a week of vacation in the Mountains. I was pleasantly surprised to find a Crockpot in the cabinet. Hopefully, we can go again next year! More...

Internet ads can be deceiving
This little cottage was full of country charm and personality. However, some of the amenities prominently featured on the web-site were not what was promised. For example, the hot tub after three days never got hot, the pinball machine (much to my children and husband's disappointment) was broken, the "1/2" bath was a toilet in a closet with nowhere to wash your hands, and the " water feature" was not running. We were only there for 3 days, and I feel it is not fair for me to waste valuable vacation time, chasing after the rental company. When we mentioned these items to the gentleman at the rental office upon checkout, he rolled his eyes and said, " I've heard about these things before. Sorry" More...

We have addressed the issue with the owner concerning the pinball machine. The water feature has been repaired. We apologize for our front desk personnel.
cozy czbin
We called about hot water they did not show up untill the next day . Bad bug issues!could have been cleaner but rather than that it was perfect ,in a great area private,great veiw. we stayed almost a week ,great vacation. Everything we needed was right in the cabin,games plates ,blankets,ex...the family loved to take awalk in the woods around the cabin.

Thank you for staying with Cabins USA Gatlinburg. We are happy to see you enjoyed your stay in our cabin Bear's Ridge. We do apologize for the problems you encountered during your stay with us. With staying in the mountains we do have some smaller pests to deal with. We do have a pest control company that services each unit monthly and as needed after that. As for the water in the unit we apologize that maintenance was not able to make the service call until the next day, but happy they were able to correct the situation. We do hope that we see you again soon.

Good service...Home was cozy, and enjoyable except for a few issues. (stated below)
1.DVD player will not read the dvd discs
2.No dishwashing liquid
3. I slept downstairs and a friend slept upstairs...checkout morning we woke up to find that we were covered in bites all over our legs and feet(All were directly on top of veins) from BEDBUGS!!
Considering the nature of the insect....being they like to get in the cracks between wood floors and in the seams of mattresses..."Bear Ridge" has a substantial infestation!!! Please have the cabin treated for the sake of future renters vacation experience!! More...

Thank you for staying with Cabins USA Gatlinburg. We have had this cabin inspected by a nationally known exterminating company and no bed bugs were found. All of our cabins are sprayed thoroughly each month for pests.
