Our Gatlinburg trip was wonderful! We were only there for 2 days; wish we could have stayed longer to just enjoy the cabin. This cabin wasn't as modern and updated as other cabins I've stayed at. It's kinda decorated like my great grandma's house also, but the views and seclusion were exactly what we wanted!! I wouldn't have traded it for a nicer cabin without privacy or seclusion any day! We enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace also. Some minor flaws with our stay: steep staircase inside, poor lighting throughout (especially in kitchen), floors weren't swept, ripped shower curtain, and the size, quality, and position of the bed wasn't the best. Wonderfully charming rustic cabin getaway. Didnt c another person the entire time but wuz only 5 min from downtown. The fireplace felt great and wood wuz provided but u have to carry it urself from across the driveway and if u stay more than 2 days and its cold ul need to get some delivered which they gladly offered to do. The hot tub is down a ramp and away from the deck a little ways. The steps to the bedrm were very steep almost like a ladder so u hav to b careful. It had everything we needed esp. a great shower. :) The view wuz very beautiful. We highly reccomend "Ever After" and wud gladly go ther again. More...

This cozy A frame is at the tip top of the mountain with breath taking views. Very romantic spot for two. The only problem we had was the door to the bed from the outside walkup stair case wouldnt work and the hot tub would not go over 100 degree's. not that warm in the winter time. The last hundred yards of the drive is gravel and dirt, so lucky for us there was no snow but if it would have rained anymore my front wheel drive honda civic might not have made it. 4 wheel drive is a must if there is snow on the ground. if you dont have 4 wheel drive, there is a place 5 minutes from the cabin that rents 4x4 jeeps for this reason I'm guessing. We really loved the setting and location of this cabin. The room was dirty when we arrived, and by dirty I mean, ashes and dirt on the floors and did not smell clean.

We called the office to let them know and they did send someone one right away, but it looked exactly the same when we returned to the room. As if no one had ever been back to clean at all. Ashes and dirt all over the floors. We vacuumed ourselves. Which is regretful, because we were charged a cleaning fee for our departure.

The overall feel of this cabin was dirty! We did appreciate quick service with cabins usa, but cannot say we would use again since the other cabins might be as dirty as this one. Which is unfortunate, because it really is a nice spot.

We looked the weather up before we left and they were not expecting snow. It snowed and iced a few inches up on the mountain. We were snowed in the first day. Couldn't complain though. We had a beautiful view and a very relaxing and warm hot tub! The fire place was also cozy, but don't forget matches! I was worried about checking out on time because of the snow, but the staff was understanding and accommodating. Overall, great little getaway! More...
