House, yard and guest quarters were fantastic. There was nothing we needed that wasn't included with the house. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Perfect vacation home. Bill, the owner, was very communicative and easy to work with.
The neighborhood isn't the greatest but at no time did we feel unsafe.
The property manager, Dori, promised us VIP wine tour tickets that we never received. She also specifically asked us to write something "nice" about her in the guest book, which we did not do. Her behavior was at times very unprofessional and was the only negative aspect of our stay.
Otherwise, I would highly recommend this home. It was perfect for two families as we each had our own space but also plenty of places to hang out and visit. |

Our experience with Napa Vacation Bungalow exceeded
expectations from the very beginning. The rental
process was simple, and any questions I had about
the property were answered immediately. It was a
nice way to start what was to be one of the best
vacations we have ever had.
I chose Napa Vacation Bungalow based on the
terrific website, photos, and stellar reviews -
and, when we finally arrived, the house was even
lovelier than expected. It is perfectly appointed,
and we did not want for anything. Everything we
needed, from kitchen supplies to bath amenities, to
entertainment and internet access, was provided.
We were met by Dori, the property manager, when we
arrived. She was lovely, and gave us a thorough
description of the house, the area, as well as
suggestions for where to eat, and local activities
that we might enjoy. She was there when we needed
anything, and her bubbly personality was the
perfect welcome to our arrival.
Location is everything, and the house is situated
in the perfect spot. A short walk to downtown Napa,
which includes the developing riverfront, a number
of excellent restaurants and wine bars,
entertainment, and a public market; and an easy
drive to the heart of Napa wineries (Oakville, St
Helena, and Calistoga). Sonoma, the coast, and the
gorgeous Alexander Valley/Dry Creek region are all
accessible in under an hour (depending on which
route you take). And, after a day of exploring,
wine tasting, galleries, and shopping, there wasn't
anything better then returning to the house to cook
and enjoy dinner outside under the stars.
Incredible attention to detail, gorgeous decor and
landscape design, peaceful solitude, and a great
location made our stay unforgettable. It was
perfect, and we can't wait to return! |

Our time spent at this home was fantastic. The property is ideally located close to the highway and downtown.
We were in town for a wedding and family reunion and shared the property with my parents. The layout could not have been better. Everyone was able to enjoy the living spaces and also have complete privacy in their sleeping quarters. We all loved the patios and garden. It was quiet and private and the flowers smelled divine.
The property owners have thought of everything. There were more than enough nice towels, pillows and linens for all. The kitchen is nicely outfitted with quality cookware.
Not a single issue or complaint. We would stay there again in a heartbeat! |

We had an awesome time at this rental house. It was nice to be able to cook
own meals and not go out every night. The house was situated near everything
and you could walk downtown. Also the hot tub was a nice feature to be able
to unwind with a glass of vino after dinner and trekking in the valley. The
home looks newly decorated and tastefully done I might add. It came equipped
with everything needed. Dori, the host was also excellent. She had info for
pretty much everything Napa and also had connections and recommendations
for Napa and the area. Would definitely recommend this property to family and
friends. Don't hesitate to book. Thanks again and wish we could have stayed
another week. Mark W |

| The house was very nice and cozy and my family and I enjoyed our stay there. The ameneties (jacuzzi, internet, laundry, flat screen tv, games, fully equipped kitchen, etc.) were very good and May was a great time to visit because of all the flowers in bloom in the garden. The house is very conveniently located in terms of visiting vineyards and golf courses, and it's walking distance from the center of Napa where the restaurants are. The neighborhood was safe although not necessarily in the nicest looking area, but the charm of the house makes up for it. The rental manager and owners were also very friendly and helpful, and it was nice to know I was dealing with professional people who genuinely wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. |

Three couples vacationed together in Napa and we could not have asked for a more ideal place to stay. The bungalow was everything the website said and more. It was clean, spacious and inviting, with tasteful modern furnishings and an amazing garden filling all the back yard space. The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt right at home. Dori, the leasing liason was so cordial and helped us with restaurant suggestions and reservations, too. And we were so close to the routes to all the wineries we couldn't possibly get lost.
To prospective renters all we can say is, go for it! This is a Napa delight. |

The bungalow is everything it claims to be. The hot tub is sparkling clean, the yard private, and there are plenty of places to collect your energy after a day of activity. The furnishings are new and lovely, and the owner's own art work shows nicely.
The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. |

One of the most inviting and tastefully designed vacation homes I've
ever encountered. The owner and the manager of the property were
as warm and inviting as the house itself and made our wine country
experience a perfect one. If not for the fact that I'm highly pregnant
(therefore flying and wine-drinking restricted ) I would have gone back
to this wonderful Napa retreat in no-time. And if by any chance you
enjoy cooking or reading in the hot tub as much as I do......don't think
twice.

This was the perfect place for our vacation! For three couples who
want a great place to come back to after a day of touring the
wineries and just relax and cook dinner, there is no place better
than this house. The location is perfect; it's close enough for a
quick cab ride to the restaurants, clubs and bars in downtown
Napa, and provides easy access to routes 29 and 121.
The house itself is so perfectly appointed -- it's stylish yet cozy,
and is just the right amount of space. It was just a little too chilly
and rainy for us to take advantage of the hot tub, but it is situated
in a beautifully manicured yard that's quiet and inviting. The studio
in the back cottage is really lovely, too, and provides a lot of
privacy. We only had one van but there is plenty of parking. The
artwork around the house is a great personal touch.
Everything we possibly needed was taken care of by the owners and
the house manager, Dori -- she was fantastic! This was true
customer service, and we really felt like we were in a home away
from home.
Don't stay in a hotel -- stay in this Napa vacation bungalow! We
hope we'll be back every year. |

Four girls took a weekend trip to Napa for some wine tasting, and we
stayed at the house. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The
house was a bit far from town, but a morning walk to Sweet Pie Bakery
for scones and quiche was a great way to start the day! The landscape
in the yard was beautiful, and the privacy fence was a bonus. Day
trips to the wineries as well as gourmet dinners made it a great trip. |

Beautiful, clean home full of every convenience possible. Its like being at your own mini resort.Close enough to the wineries and great restaurants in downtown Napa but without the 'busy' of town. The decks, private landscaped yard, grill and hot tub make for a perfect retreat after a day of visiting the wineries. The owners are very accomodating and helpful from signing contracts to arranging check in/out times and anything else you might need. You cant ask for a better place to vacation!
