Thanks for the wonderful week. The views of the ocean were beautiful and the house was great. The rooms were all decorated with a beachy feel and the house was roomy with privacy when you needed it. My stay at Shasta II was nothing short of Glorious. The location was great. The beach house was outstanding. I enjoyed all St. Simons had to offer. I never felt the need to really go anywhere as every thing was right there. I enjoyed sitting on one of the four porches and watch the ships go by, the dolphins play and the Sea gulls dive for fish. I did a little fishing myself and caught and ate my share of Whiting. Life was very good for my 4 month stay and I'm sure I'll be back. Thanks for everything! More...

I spent a wonderful week with my family at Shasta's II during the 4th of July week. It was my first stay in the new house. I had stayed in the old Shasta House years before and it was a real delight to be back at one of my favorite spots on the St. Simons beach. It is near the village so the kids and everyone else can walk down to enjoy the pier, shops and restaurants. Each floor of the house has a porch facing the beach. I usually found myself on the top porch because of the privacy. Life doesn't get any better than sitting up there sipping a glass of wine watching the waves crash in and the dolphins feeding late in the evening. True paradise. That's why I booked it again this year!! More...
