Lovely two story home with a screened porch and covered porch. House has great views of the ocean and creek.

The main floor has one bedroom, one bath, kitchen with bar, large living room/dining room combination.

Second floor has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, also has a sitting area with tv.

Other features include central H/VAC, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, cable TV, DSL Internet and hot/cold outside shower. Beach access is right in front of the house.

Incredible Location

Spent a week with the extended family and thoroughly enjoyed Pauleys Island and the ocean experience. Have been on many, many beach vacations up and down the East coast. This location compares favorably with the best of them. Walking easily to the beach many times a day and in the evening was fantastic.
House itself works well, but could use some updating. Everything clean and working well, though. Plenty of space and great layout with the four bedrooms upstairs rather than down. More...
