The apt was great....much better than staying at a hotel. The only issues I had with the place was the shower was filty it had black mold growing. The bed was not very comfortable it is a futon so if you have back issues it might not work for you. I don't have back issues but the bed was very uncomfortable. Also if you have any health issues and can't climb stairs or you get tired easy do not rent this apt. The stairs go up and up and up. I am not in bad shape but by the time I got to the top I was winded and felt dizzy because the staircase winds round and round.

NOW SAYING ALL THAT.... I WOULD STILL RENT THIS APT.

The view was cute. The apt was quiet, the location was GREAT! The use of a kitchen & washer was helpful. They just need to clean the shower and get a more comfortable bed. This was our first experience renting an apartment in Paris. (We had always stayed in hotels before.) What an excellent experience it has been. The staff were there to meet us at the appointment time, extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about where to go for what in the neighbourhood. He was always available for any queries we had and very helpful the few times we needed to call him for something and spoke english very well. The apartment although small by our standards was more than sufficient for two adults. It was very well stocked with kitchen utensils as we did our own cooking. When we return we now know where to stay and we have no hesitation to recommend both the organisation Ah Paris and the apartment to any couple who want to be in the heart of Paris and close to everything including Metro. We really enjoyed the apartment in the Marais. There were three adults and we had enough room. The location is great with everything we needed just outside the building. The modern bathroom with the bowl sink was a nice touch. Having the "pisteon" coffee maker was a nice way to start out the day with fresh croissants. We were able to use the washing machine after downloading the manual off the internet.

The only downside is the stairs! If you aren't in decent shape to up and down 5 flights, this might not be the apartment for you. More...

Such a great place to stay, in a perfect location close to shops and restaurants in the most vibrant area of Paris. Just the right size for 3 people comfortable, quiet and clean, and with everything we needed.
Most amazingly, we were greeted with friendly smiles and a warm welcome, despite the fact that it was 6am (as our Eurostar train had been severly delayed by 8 hours). Can't fault the service we recieved, everything was done to make sure we got straight into the appartment when we arrived. We will most definately be returning for another visit as soon as possible! Highly recommended!!

The apartment is well situated, 5 mins to the metro, and the Pompidou Centre,
and Les Halles (shopping centre). There are lots of places to eat within 5mins
of the apartment.
The walk up the stairs is good exercise, not as bad as I thought it might be
and worth it.

The apartment was very comfortable and had satellite TV.

Overall a very good experience. The service was great and very helpful
