| I have rented from Latitude26 and called to set a reservation. I was on hold for over 20 minutes. I cant understand people. I called Tropical and was helped very quickly. I checked in and was given some t shirts and all the information for the island. I would recommend this company 100%. Their rentals are great and so is the staff. Big difference from the service I have recevied from Lattitude 26. Tropical Texas made my stay very enjoyable. Good Luck and enjoy. |

| We were very happy with the beach house. It was only one block from the beach, it had recently been updated and everything was very nice inside. A/C worked very well. No washing machine or dryer though. We rented both side A and side B and found them both to be equally nice. Side B was the same size and layout as side A, although it didn't have a sleeper sofa so it sleeps 2 less. Because the price was less than most others on the island, we thought it probably wouldn't look as nice as the pictures on the internet, but we were pleasantly surprised. We would stay there again. |

We were shocked at how nice the apartment was, considering the low price. We were afraid it might be run-down, or dirty, or both.
As a result, we were over-joyed to find it newly-remodeled, nice furniture, very clean, very fresh. It looked like new construction, and that we were among the first to stay. First class all the way.
We had some rowdy neighbors across the street; loud at night. But that is something you have to expect if you come on Spring Break.
Ideally, we would have liked to have been closer to the beach. But we were within easy walking distance, and that was fine. |
