| Service was outstanding, Omar was there for us if we needed him. The house was even more beautiful than in the pictures. We were thrilled with the location and it was only minutes from the Disney parks. We will definately book with Omar again on our next visit next year. Our little shih tzu Pixie loved being able to travel with us :) Thanks again Omar!! See you next year!! |

| If you are looking for a safe and quiet neighborhood for your family (and or pets), I would encourage you select this location. It is just a few minutes away from the parks and hundreds of restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe and the home is nicely appointed. |

| We enjoyed staying at Omar's property. The house is very close to attractions and main highways. It is a big advantage to having the owner living nearby. Omar is most prompt in contacting you(before and during your stay) and making sure you have everything you need. The price does not tack on cleaning fees and then pet fees and deposits. I enjoyed having a very large master bath where I kept the dogs while away. There is also a park area where you can walk your dogs with bags provided for cleanup. The pool area was especially nice after a long day and the dogs had a place to run around and play. I will check with Omar again when we return to Orlando |

| This home is a great place to bring the kids and family dog. Our pup loved the home! We only stayed for a short time, but will be returning again in the near future! The pool was a great feature and we enjoyed floating around in the evening without a care in the world. Omar was a very gracious host, accomodating all of our needs and requests. You couldn't ask for a better person to rent from. Any time I called, he always picked up the phone and was extremely helpful. Thanks Omar for everything- we look forward to renting from you again! |

| This was a good place to stay for our first visit to Orlando. The location is great, only a short trip to Disney World, Universal and Sea World. It was nice to have a place to take the dog as well as our daughter. Also it was nice to have a house to go back to instead of just having a room to go back to every day after long hours in the park. Our daughter enjoyed getting in the pool just about every day and it definitely felt good in that hot August weather. There are just a few things that could be upgraded in the house, but all in all it was a nice visit and I would do it again on my next to Orlando and recommend it to my friends. Thanks Omar. |

| I would highly recommend this home to my family and friends not only because of it's location and easy access to all that central florida has to offer, but because it has all the comforts of home..and then some! The pool alone was worth it! Omar was a sweetheart! If you are a pet owner and want to take your furry friends along this is the place for you! | The home we stayed in is large enough to accomodate a family comfortably and convenient enough to get to all the Disney Parks quickly. We enjoyed staying there in 2006 and 2007 with our beloved dog who enjoyed sitting out by the pool with us and was perfectly comfortable while we were away during the day enjoying Orlando. Their prices are reasonable and the manager is very accomodating. We are looking forward to visiting again in 2010. |

| The home was amazing! Clean, and spacious. Located in a very nice, and quiet neighborhood. The swimming pool was just right for us, it could have used some vacuuming, but for the most part it was great. The best part of stay there was the location, just 10 minutes from all the parks, and the least liked part was the linen not being cleaned however, we were supplied with bathroom tissue, paper towels, garbage bags, and laundry soap, so that made up for it. I would definitely stay there again, and highly recommend this home to any family who would also take care of it as if it were their own home. |

| I enjoyed all the comforts of home. There was plenty of space and privacy for all the adults. The pool and grilling was awesome. We were close to all the local attractions and my pets had plenty of room to roam. We hope to come again. I highly recommend this place for anyone who has a large family with pets. |

This house is an amazing value. Six adults and two children stayed in this home for less than the cost of two hotel rooms on the Disney Resort!!!
The house has it's own private pool, which was wonderful during the hot afternoons, and after we came home from the park each night!
The house is less than 15 minutes from the Walt Disney World Resort; making it easy to leave the park in the heat of the afternoon so the youngest member of our party could nap, yet, return later than night to see the parades and fireworks!
I recommend this house to any one traveling with pets and young children! |

It was a great experience and I would definetly refer other families. There was plenty of space and it was very clean. I was able to take my dogs (Min pins) and even had room to put up their cage. We were close to everything, we were only 15-20 mins from Magic Kingdom. This weekend was ny nieces 15th Birthday, so we took her and her sisters to see Mickey for the first time. They had a blast, we only wished we could of stayed longer. We will be back.

| This house is great for people with or without pets as it is so close to all of the attractions and only 10 minutes from the airport. The house has plenty of room a gorgeous new kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms and two baths. As a pet owner and a parent I look for safety first and this house was perfect for the kids and the pets. it is in a quiet residential area with a huge fully fenced in back yard. My dogs and our family felt at home and at ease here. The owner was very helpful in letting us know everything we needed to have a great vacation. |

| THIS WAS A GREAT HOUSE, GREAT LOCATION. THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME IN A HOUSE AT DISNEY INSTEAD OF A HOTEL. GREAT TO COME BACK AND LET THE LITTLE ONES NAP AND FEED AND PLAY WITH YOUR ANIMAL.PRIVATE SWIMMING ON THOSE DAYS WHERE YOU ARE SICK OF THOSE LONG LINES AND HOT DAYS FOR A BREAK. YOU ARE ABLE TO DO LAUNDRY TO PUT CLEAN CLOTHES BACK IN THE SUIT CASE. WE WERE ABLE TO BRING OUR PET INSTEAD OF BOARDING HIM AND PAYING RIDICULOUS VET FEES FROM THE KENNEL GETTING HIM SICK. IT MAKES A WORLD OF A DIFFERENCE. EVERYONE WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. LOVED THE MASTERBATH, THE PULL DOWN SHOWER HOSE IS EASY TO WASH YOUR YOUNG KIDS AND THERE WAS PLENTY OF ROOM. NOT FOND OF RUGS IN A PET FRIENDLY HOME IF YOU GET AN ANIMAL THAT IS NOT TRAINED. OVERALL IT WAS A GREAT HOME. |

I give this rental property a 5 star recommendation because a 4 1/2 star rating isn't available and a 4 star rating is less than it deserves. Overall, we were very pleased with this rental property. The only items we felt were neglected were a couple of housekeeping chores. However, they were not of such concern that we wouldn't return if the opportunity presented itself again.
This home is located in excellent proximity to the interstate system, Orlando, all the attractions and shopping. The screened in patio was a great place to put our dog and his kennel when we had to leave him by himself. It is fully protected from the weather; but, allowed him to be outside in the fresh air. In mentioning our dog, how many places can one take a 130+ pound dog with the only restrictions being that he is supervised and he not cause damage?
While I didn't use it often, it was also nice to have a computer available to check my email and a few sites of which I am a member.
The rental cost was quite fair and competitive. Paying our deposit via PayPal was easy to do since we had an account already set up with PayPal.
The gentleman we dealt with, Mr. Omar Garcia, always responded promptly to any emails or phone calls we made.
I would highly recommend this vacation rental with just one caveat. If you want a rental that is 100% perfect, go elsewhere. However, if you realize this is a pet friendly rental with many different animals with varying degrees of supervision having been in it and you are willing to accept that fact, go for it and don't look back.
