ChilledCoconut is a 500 square feet, smoke-free top floor studio unit at Kihei Bay Surf resort complex located across the street from Kalepolepo beach park and Whale sanctuary. Remodeled in 2008. This island style tastefully decorated airconditioned unit is overlooking a tennis court, tropical garden, palm trees and mountain in a quiet area of this resort complex.
In unit amenities includes:42 inch Hdtv with cable channels, Blu-Ray DVD player, Stereo system with Hawaiian music CD's collection, highspeed & wi-fi internet and free calls to the US, Canada, Puerto Rico and (unlimited landline calls to more than 60 countries) with 25+ calling features, like caller ID, voicemail, 3-way calling and call waiting. LAPTOP computer is provided with free highspeed & wi-fi internet...
Fully-equiped kitchen with new refrigerator, stainless steel interior dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker/blender, rice cooker, and feature a reverse-osmosis drinking water filtration.
Completely remodeled bathroom feature a tiled shower and a shower filtration. We provide linens, bath & beach towels and starter supplies.
Kihei Bay Surf resort complex was featured on HGTV's National Open House in March 2008. Resort complex amenities includes: swimming pool, hot-tub/Jacuzzi, tennis court, 2 large barbecue gas grill, picnic area, coin-operated laundry facility. Resort complex is newly painted.

Exit Cleaning fee:$95.00 (additional cleaning $45 on 3rd guest will apply)
Refundable reservation/security deposit:$200-$500
Non-refundable damage waiver fee:$35 (A signed credit card authorization up to $500 will be required) plus a 50% of total amount due upon booking.
Taxes:12.42% Hawaii & Transient Accommodation
Paypal, echeck, credit/debit cards and Postal money order in US funds.
A signed rental agreement will be required to rent our vacation home.

| The unit is clean. Furniture is good. All appliances work fine. I especially liked water filter, large flat TV, DVD collection, internet access and printer (this one turned out very useful to print airplane boarding passes after online registration). The unit is a perfect place to stay for 1 or 2 people if you have a car; there is a beach within walking distance but it is not as good as many other beaches on Maui. |

| The condo we rented was very nice inside, had awesome tv, great / fast internet access, a dvd player, and other great amenities that are just not provided in hotel rooms. The decor is beautiful..... and the bed was very comfortable. The condo is close to downtown Kehei and not far from other towns you want to visit in Maui. The pool and spa were great to hang out and use after a day of scuba diving. And we made use of the public bbq's a few times. Would most definately stay there again. |

| This is a perfect little studio apartment for two or three people. I found the location to be very central and the surrounding beaches were amazing. The complex has an immaculate pool and hot tub which we used every day. This unit in particular has been well maintained and has everything you need. The owners are very helpful and were always available to give some assistance. The free phone calls and the big screen tv were just bonuses as the unit itself was as comfortable like home. I will definitely come back again and have told my friends and family that if you are to visit Maui - the Chilled Coconut is an awesome condo and an affordable price. |
