This same view is also presented from the kitchen, dining room, living room and foyer. Balcony is a great location for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a beverage at any time. Balcony design allows sun-bathing in private or shelter in the shade of overhang. Custom Bose audio system is installed throughout condo including balcony. Open modern gourmet kitchen allows guest to watch the chef and enjoy the magic of the kitchen without interfering with the meal making. Counter makes it easy for all to be involved with four snack bar stools providing comfort while the wonderful Bose audio system provides your favorite music. Accommodation and beach perfect pity about the weather
Our host made us very welcome and had the heating on as itwas a very cold evening.
The condo was perfect for our needs - large veranda - well equipped - near to beach. The location was first class not far from the village.

Thank you for your response regarding our condo and customer service. It was very cool when you arrived and it is still not what I would call "Florida weather" yet today, but we are getting close. Where is Al Gore when we need him? If the weather keeps up like this Nann and I will be traveling to Scotland for some relief!
Tropical Sunset
First thing you experience as you walk through the door is the wall to wall window leading out onto a beautiful large balcony. The view at sunset is as good as you will see. Condo has everything you require from beach chairs to all the utensils to make a gourmet meal. Siesta Key has the real Island feel to it, one of the nicest beaches with powder white sand, the Island village makes the ambience very laid back. I suggest renting a bike and tour the island along with beach to really get the Island feel. We will definatly be back, the next time we come we will come when the weather is warmer ,December was a litle bit chilly .

Perfect Location - Perfect Vacation
We found the condo on Paul's very informative website (www.sunsetroyale.com).
The Beachfront Penthouse at Siesta Key Public Beach is ideal for a perfect relaxing vacation. Paul and Nann, the owners, have put a lot of thought into providing their guests with everything they will need to make their stay a truly relaxing vacation.
The condo is very well equipped with everything you will need during your stay :-
1. Bose sound system in every room and balcony.
2. Fully stocked cupboard containing comfortable beach chairs, loungers, beach umbrellas and much more.
3. Kitchen cupboards are stocked full of different types of herbs, spices and condiments, as well as every kind of utensil you will require if eating in.
4. Utility Room containing Washer and Dryer in condo was a bonus.
5. Outside open balcony contains up-to-date furniture and a large umbrella to keep the hot sun at bay whilst watching the pelicans dive into the warm waters of the Gulf.
The location of the condo is in a perfect spot, just across the road from the the beautiful white sandy beach. The condo is just a 10-15 minute walk into the village where there are a variety of excellent restaurants and bars (some with live music).
Paul and Nann are excellent hosts. After 8 years of vacationing at different accommodations on Siesta Key, we have found our "home from home". More...

Siesta Key
The condo was bright, clean, spacious with king bed. An incredible sound
system was a plus, with flat screen TV and DVD player (with movie
selection!) Huge private balcony overlooking the end of the public
beach- white powdery sand and open ocean for miles in each
direction. Could not have been better. Siesta key is an upscale,
quiet, perfect beach area that feels more like Key West than Tampa.
Would highly recommend it.
