The surf and raquet club is a beautiful property in an ideal location. Its not too close to all of the crowds. #1206 was a great condo with a perfect view. Only seen one bug the entire two weeks we stayed there and that was one of my biggest concerns. My only complaints with the property was that the patio door glass was coming out of the door and was extremely hard to open. Then the toilet overflowed ALL over the place. Quite the mess. We came upon this unit because of a mix up one vacation last year. Wow, what a pleasant surprise. We came back this year and rented it again. Very home like interior. Not the typical Hawaiian rattan everywhere. No A/C, but with the seabreeze blowing in most nights and the fans above all beds, it works just fine.

Nice kitchen with a new blender for those girlie drinks we all love. Buy your beverages at the Costco on the way from the Airport. There are multiple BBQ's, but look out for the ferol cats they ALLOW to run rampant. The birds are cheerful in the mornings while you enjoy your local coffee on the deck.

My only complaint is that the unit above put in hard flooring that reverberates with walking, especially if the renter doesn't take their shoes off or wears slippers. But, since most people go to bed around 9 and get up at 6 or 7, it was tolerable.

The management team I rented from was very helpful and the maintenance guy fixed things promptly. More...
