Perfect weather the whole week! A basic swing set for the kids and a pool the size of the ocean!
Even though we were contacted 24 hours prior to check in time that the room we chose could not be rented due to maintenance issues, the office staff let us choose any available room in the complex. We were limited as we really wanted a ground floor unit after staying on the 3rd floor last year. My family and I enjoyed our stay at 1104, but the condo has some minor issues. The pocket door leading into the center bath was broken, so we had to keep it closed the entire stay. The sliding glass door out of the master bedroom to the patio was very hard to open, so it remained closed as well. The vertical blinds for both glass doors need replaced (some were missing, others were broken). One of the closet doors in the master bedroom was "off" the track. The staff at the club checked the items, but they were not repaired before our stay ended. The condo was very clean and well furnished. The tile floor in the dining/living areas are a plus if you have small children, although they can be slick when wet. The patio fronts up to the hallway leading to the pool and ocean boadwalk, so if you are a people person, this condo is for you. A ceiling fan on the patio would have been a plus. Next year, we will probably rent 1205, since it is one condo away from the hall and has a ceiling fan on the patio. We plan on coming back next year. To let you know how much we enjoy the beach at Colony Reef Club is the fact that my whole family has come here together over the past fifteen years to enjoy the beautiful facilties and the wonderful broad beach.
We rent two condos each year, which adaquatltly meets our needs. Tne condos are roomy and are well equiped and attractivlly furnished.Colony Reef is family oriented, security is always available. The way the condos are arranged you can always see the beach and also the big pool and kiddie pool when you walk down to the beach on the broad walk you almost always see a bunnie , some ducks and many beautiful flowers.
Colony Reef is also close to maany of Floridas main attractions: St. Augustine, Orlando,Cape Canaveral, Daytona, deep sea fishing, surf fishing to name a few.
Come and enjoy the many experiences and you will have many exciting memories which will last a lifetime.
