Vacation Rental Description
Stay at our very popular villa for 5 Star Luxury in the Sun! This large single story 4 bedroom, 3 bath Florida vacation home in Lindfields Estates is right where you want it to be on a QUIET & private street and CLOSE to the Magic of the Disney attractions. The single floor layout means NO stairs to climb and provides an extremely spacious feel with vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans. Re-modeled in 2009.
This villa is located only a quick 3.5 mile drive to Disney. The route to Disney has only has 2 traffic lights on it and it keeps you off of RT-192 except for 1 block! ( Directions provided with pictures)
The Pool is secluded, meaning that it is not overlooked by adjacent properties. A feature that is not present in 95% of the villas in the central Florida area.
Description:
The fully air conditioned luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Florida vacation home consists of master bedroom with TV, king size bed, en-suite bath, and walk in closet. Three other double bedrooms, one with queen size bed and TV and one with Mickey Mouse feature! Two further bathrooms, two spacious living areas, dining room, breakfast area and utility room with washer and dryer, all linens are provided. There is a central security system and pool alarms for your added peace of mind.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and hob (stove), microwave, fridge and freezer with ice maker, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Other amenities include five cable TV's all bedrooms plus the family room (three are high definition 52 inch, 32 inch,and 19 inch), two VCRs, Sony PlayStation 2, a stereo CD player, 2 DVD players, 2 VCR players and several movies on VHS or DVD format. Multiple ceiling fans/w controls in the Lanai, Master bedroom and living room.

Arrival gift pack of essential supplies to get you started your first day at the villa until you can get to the grocery store. including: laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, hand soap, TP, sugar, coffee & filters, tea, creamer, trash bags.
use of an high speed internet enabled Win XP computer, secure wireless high speed internet also available in the villa for your wi-fi enabled laptop.
use of baby equipment is offered which includes 2 strollers, highchair, and portable crib,
Long distance calls to USA, UK, EU locations no charge with all full rate bookings. Let you stay in touch with you family. ( some limits apply)

A truly great holiday home |

Our family having been visiting Florida for 16 years and without doubt this villa was the best holiday home we have stayed in. Everything you need to make the perfect vacation home was provided with the standard of maintenance and service being first class. This was due in no small part to the great care taken by Jeannie and Lou Pannullo.
A big thanks for making it a geat stay.

The villa included everything specified by the owners, exceeding our greatest expectations.
It had everything you need to make yourself at home and feel as if you are not on a vacation at all! At some point we started thinking about how life may be living in that villa and in the quiet neighborhood and we'll consider it!
The villa is really well furnished, has tons of dishes and all the amenities you'll ever need to have a great stay.
The nearby supermarket on 192 was great - we bought some food, cooked dinner and it was awesome overall.
The villa also has a great location, being around 20 minutes from the disney parks and it's really easy to get around once you get to know the place.
All in all, we had a great time at the villa and it was a very pleasant stay. Everyone told me this was a superior choice and I've done well :)

The house was within 15 minutes of all parks and around the corner from some
shopping. Very convenient. Great decor inside and a quiet neighborhood outside. The
kids loved the huge flatscreen and we had everything provided for the kitchen. Plenty
of wildlife to enjoy wandering through the yard too. We'll definitely be back to Orlando
and will keep this property at the top of our list. |

We had a fantastic holiday in this villa this summer. The communication with Jean & Lou Pannullo before we went was excellent and the instructions for the villa and the directions were all spot on.
The villa is ideally suited for all of Florida's attractions (particularly Disney) & this made the holiday even more enjoyable as there were no long journeys.
Near to the villa are plenty of restaurants, bars & shops & we got good delivered directly to the villa when we were too tired after a busy day in the parks. This was a very relaxing option because the children could just chill out.
The villa itself is very spacious & well equipped. It was spotlessly clean too.
The pool was great & also very relaxing after a long day out.
We also enjoyed having the use of the computer & keeping touch with everyone at home on facebook!
It was really good to have use of the washing machine & dryer & I managed to take home mostly all clean washing (extending my holiday just a little bit longer!).
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this villa as an ideal holiday home & we would all love to go back again one day & stay again.

My husband and I rented the villa for our trip to Florida with the grandchildren and their parents. Although the villa is very close to WDW and the premium outlets we decided to have the kids stay in the park while we enjoyed the "kid free zone.".
Our accomodations at the villa were outstanding. It is well decorated, very spacious, clean, secured with an alarm system, and the pool is very private. The master suite is lovely and there are 3 other good sized bedrooms. The kitchen is updated and very well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation alternating between time with the kids and the serenity of the villa. The pool is easily accessible for anyone with mobility problems and was a welcome relief after the heat. For us, it was the best of both worlds - great time with the little ones at the park or shopping and then we went home to the villa. Separate quarters made our vacation relaxing, but the villa would have easily and comfortably accomodated all of us. Lou and Jean go beyond the norm to make your stay pleasant and we truly appreciated the extra touches like some necessities supplied so we didn't need to hit the grocery store right away. But if you have forgotten anything, check the binder - you'll find all the info you need.
All in all this was a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this villa and we definitely plan to return.

| We had a fantastic stay!! The owners were so kind and helpful to us. Check-in and check out was so easy without the need to stop at an office. We loved the house. It was so clean and private. The block was quiet too. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to family and friends. I am particular with where we usually stay. This was not a disappointment in any way! |

We were a very short distance from Disney which was absolutely not a problem. The house and the pool were very clean and beautiful. We could not have asked for anything better and will definately stay again.

We enjoyed a fun week at your home last January and are trying to plan a return trip next winter. We enjoyed many things about the home including the convenient location, number of bedrooms, large screen television set in the family room, separate living room for quiet conversations and the swimming pool! The location was ideal - close to a great grocery store, excellent dining and fun golf courses. We even had dinner poolside one night!
The home was neat and clean and had all of the comforts of home. We'll be back! |

| The house was great for multiple families with lots of space and privacy when you wanted it. The private pool was wonderful and enjoyed by all in our group especially the children. The house was also very conveniently located with easy access to and from the Disney properties. Shortcut directions provided by the Pannullo's were wonderful. Altogether a great experience. We will definitely rent this house for any future Disney vacations. |

| We spent four nights at the villa. We wanted to visit a couple of Disney parks but have our own space. This villa was perfect for that. Only a few minutes to the parks - with great directions to take you the 'back way' and avoid traffic! When we arrived, we noticed the villa was very clean and beautifully presented. Very spacious master bedroom and bathroom. Use of the computer was a bonus. Our daughter loved the Disney bedroom! The pool was warm and clean. Great villa all around! |

Finding a comfortable place for 4 adults and 2 children (age 2 and 5) to stay is a big task. It is very hard to make everyone happy--this was the place that did that. My parents could relax and get away from the grandkids for a moment and the kids were thrilled with the Mickey Mouse room and pool.
It was a very convenient location and nice to be able to eat outside of "disney".
We loved the place so much we recommended it to our next door neighbors and they are there now!
One recommendation is to put ceiling fans in all bedrooms. It was quite hot in the house at night.
Hopefully we will be backs soon!

The Disney villa was very nice... plenty of room for 10 people. We looked into
staying on-site at a Disney resort, but each family would have had to rent
separate rooms. We wouldn't have been able to spend as much quality time
together and it would have been much more expensive. Having a private
heated pool (we went in January) was wonderful. |

| We arrived at the Villa and had no problem getting in. Everything was just as they stated in the email if not better. The place was very clean and the neighborhood was really quiet. The kids loved the pool so much that we almost missed the Disney trip because they didn't want to get out of the pool. The distance to Disney from the Villa was great! It was also in a good location to everything else. We will definitely stay there again. |

| My husband, myself and our 3 boys went for a week to Florida. Our experience can be summed up in on word. Fantastic! The pool was awesome (had to use the heat every now and again but hey - it was heated), the bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, kitchen. All open and welcoming. Having everything we needed to cook helped tremendously on our budget. I would definitely like to stay there again. The boys keep talking about going back to Florida again as well! |

| The villa is conveniently located minutes from theme parks, approximately eqidistant to east and west coast of Florida. Visiting either coast is about and hour+15 min. The accomodations are clean, spacious and homelike. This home is ideal for large families that want to be together but have five separate sleeping areas w/3baths. 4 BR and one pullout. I highly recommend this villa. |
