There is a dock for a 22 ft boat, and deep water swimming from the deck/dock. Wonderfull Two Weeks for Wedding

Had a great time (not much rain for a change!) Our guests were from as far away as Settle, WA and Tokyo, Japan.

The cottage was laid out well and especially liked the handy-cap features - some of our guests were in their 70's, 50s and 20's.

The view was great from the deck and the dock. Water at the dock was clear and well suited for the swimmers in our group.

All facilities were working well, once we figured out how to work the microwave (manual would be helpful!). Don't know how well the air conditioning worked as it was not hot enough to use. Electric heat was available through out but was never used.

Only improvement I might suggest is an "oil pan" for under the gas grill (auto parts store has various sizes) to catch grill drippings. A pan would be much safer than a newspaper or card board we used!

The cottage was convenient to nearby towns for shopping and was close enough to Meredth and the Weirs for recreational purposes.

Definitely would rent again in the future!

wonderful house, wonderful setting

Wonderful house, wonderful setting. Property was well maintained and the house well equiped. Interior was comfortable, clean and laid out nicely. Kitchen seemed to lack nothing. The only thing we missed was internet access.
