It's the second time we've stayed there and we couldn't be happier. It's cozy, quiet, peaceful, safe, and secured place. It has all the comforts of home and my children love the freedom that they are given during this vacation.
The location was wonderful and the setting was amazing.
Great service. It was easy to book. Kendall and Potter Property Management Associates are friendly, easy to work with, and answered all of our questions.
It's hard to say what we liked the best. We liked everything about it.
There was nothing that we did not like.
We hope to rent it again.

A place our family has gone to for 45+ years. A family tradition for us. We've been shocked at the 50% increase in rates since 2008. We need a longer lead time of what the next years rate will be before the deposit is due. We're concerned at the rate of increases that have occurred the last 3 years will continue. We recommend installation of internet service given we need to check work and personal email. And given the weekly rate that is charged the monthly service fee for internet is nominal.

The improvements in recent years has been good.However, the bathroom has no counter space now to place items. The bedroom could use some new low cost curtains. The kitchen needs a drain rack for dishes and items that are washed daily. More...

Kendall & Potter personnel were friendly and helpful. I believe we were over charged for the cleaning service. It was a small house and we left it in very good shape - empty garbage cans, empty dishwasher, counters cleaned off, beds made, etc. All that needed to be done was dusting, vacuuming, sweeping mopping and cleaning the one bathroom. There is no way it took 3 hours (rate of $20.00 per hour and we were charged $60.00). The house is in a fantastic location and has a wonderful deck. The interior of the house is outdated and worn looking. The kitchen was tiny and has the bare necessities but nothing more. The bathroom was a decent size but there was only one. The bedrooms were a decent size but the one has very little closet space. The bedroom off the deck had a see-thru curtain which meant it could not be used for changing purposes or at night with the light on. We had trouble with ants everywhere - from day one. Kitchen (counters, pantry, drawers), bathroom, and dining room. We bought ant spray and traps. Made a 2nd trip for more after a couple of days and we still had a problem. We had some issues but overall it was a positive experience and we hope to return.

this home is the perfect location with a perfect deck and views.
the house wasn't very clean, the furniture and carpet stained, furniture a bit shabby.
we knew it was a beach house, but it wasn't inexpensive so i was surprised by the lack of cleanliness.

I would highly suggest to anyone wanting to not pay a fortune but yet experience the awesome location of a true "beach house" to check out this property. It's not overly fancy but location says it all! Our family enjoyed our week long stay here while sunning out on the expansive deck and people watching, playing volleyball and going for walk after walk on the sand! The beds were quite comfortable and our family became much closer having to share one bathroom (teenager even smiled towards the end of the experience!) Well maintained, equipped with most necessities (just missing lounge chairs) and just overall quite comfortable. Again, the price was right for a beach front location!
