It has a small bar at the entrance, also a good bread shop and butchers can be found minutes away.

The house is spread over three floors. On entrance is the newly fitted kitchen, with all mod cons and access to the front garden. Down one level is a ...sunny living room with French doors to the rear garden, with lots of room for out door dining and BBQ's! This room also doubles as another bedroom as it has a double sofa bed. A toilet room and utility room are on this level.

The next level has a good sized bedroom and bathroom and also another living room with balcony overlooking the lake. The top floor with its exposed beam ceilings is a large double bedroom, with a mezzanine floor.

The main lakeside road passes above the village but is on the main bus route up and down the lake .It also has a ferry port stop for passenger ferries (both slow ferry and hydrofoil) and these are a great way of seeing the lake which is at its best when viewed from the water. You can get daily rambler tickets so you can hop on and off at your leisure.
