Mom takes the kids to last Spring Break

This is a lovely home. The area is quiet and clean. There are grocery stores
and other shops nearby. It is a drive to the beach and to Miami, but for
boating it is a-okay. The outdoor furniture and pool were upscale and
comfortable. The indoors was fashionably, yet comfortably furnished.
Parking is outdoors, but off-street. The only negative was that we were not
careful enough when checking in to note any problems that previous tenants
might have caused, and so, although I don't think we were responsible, I paid
the repair fee for a broken counter, as the company was aggressive about
referring to a collection agency. Some of the furniture was broken when we
arrived, but we did report that and were not held responsible, but it was not
replaced either. I have owned 2 weekly rental beach homes and know how
hard it is to keep them up. This house is a good one for adults looking for a
quiet retreat away from the beach and crowds.
