Enjoy all the amenities of the Braemar including an outdoor pool, tennis, saunas, exercise room, and even a game room. This two bedroom, two bath unit is equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, 3 color TVs, VCR, DVD player and central air. Reserved parking for one car. Sorry, No Pets. There is a $50 building registration fee. Children under 3 must wear swim pants in the pool. NEW FOR 2009:FURNITURE, BATHROOMS AND FLOORING!

A great time!

We shared a rental with another couple and had an amazing time. We were able to view the fireworks from our balcony! The unit had all the amenities of home and was very close to the beach. We will definately return. More...
