Bedrooms

The first bedroom faces south with a desk, chair, lounger and double bed. A large French Louis XVI armoire provides hanging and drawer space with a beautiful antique art deco lamp adorning the space above.

The second bedroom faces north with the advantage of an open space park below with palm trees. There is a built-in wardrobe with a chest of drawers, a flat screen TV with DVD player and double bed.

Neighbourhood

Rue Verdi is a street off Boulevard Gambetta, just behind Boulevard Victor Hugo. From the apartment it is a ten minute walk to the beach, Promenade and Pedestrian Zone. It is a five minute walk to the train station. In twenty minutes, you can find yourself in the Old Town.

The apartment is in an impressive Bourgeois well-maintained building on the 2nd floor with a lift. The building ’Castel Joli’ is south facing with the privilege o...f full sun throughout the day.

Living Area

The living room enjoys a southern aspect - perfect for the balcony leading from it. Here four people can sit and enjoy al fresco dining or drinks. Inside, there is a large sofa for four, a grand foot rest, flat screen TV with DVD, Wi-Fi, and French cable (with English news channels). Like the rest of the apartment, the living area is tastefully decorated with romantic candlebras, velvet and silken pillows and 19th century paintings.

Bathroom

Cream marble tiles cover the modern bathroom which enjoys a large walk-in shower and separate bathtub. A washing machine can also be found in here.

Kitchen

Light and bright with a small breakfast table, the kitchen is equipped with a four ring ceramic hob, dishwasher, full sized fridge, oven and a microwave.

A separate dining area is found in the central hub of the apartment.
