And...don't skip Sundae School!

| We had a great time staying at Eric's Place. Among the many conveniences were a washer and dryer, high speed internet, a great movie collection, and an outdoor shower. The central-Cape location provides easy access to the major roads in the area for worry-free traveling. The cottage is also just a short walk from the beach. There are many great restaurants close-by, too. While small, the home had everything we needed and more. We have stayed at Eric's Place twice, will certainly stay again and would recommend you visit, too! |

| We recently stayed at this property and it is truly as presented. It's clean, comfy beds,washer/dryer, great gas grill, plenty of hot water, quiet with friendly neighbors and nicely furnished. The owner has thought of many ways to make your stay enjoyable. This house is hard to beat and walking distance to beach and bread/milk store. It's perfect for a couple or small family. |

Loved this cottage. Very clean,space well utilized,everything needed is there and great location.
We(husband/wife)had our 21 and 19 yr olds with us and had pleny of room. Best compliment is that the"kids" thought the place was a great set up and want to return.
Owner responds quickly,cares about your stay and takes pride in his cottage.
Key pickup and drop off very easy and quick.
Neigborhood is great for walks,not far from major grocery store and bike path as well as easy to explore other parts of the Cape.
This is truly a cottage and what I think of when I think of the Cape.
Renting this cottage was a wonderful experience from start to finish

I loved staying here. Bunk beds for the kids, many videos, comfortable bed for adults, full kitchen, short walk to the ocean. Shower worked well and it is so cozy.
Near anything you could need. Great stop n shop in town and the owner makes sure you will have a great experience. Most important I did not have to do a big cleaning at the end. Washer and dryer was a wonderful plus. I am happy be returning. GGC New Jersey |
