We described this house as the "Swiss Family Robinson" cabin becuase of the three stories, and view of the pines from every room. The kitchen was organized well and fully stocked will all the essentials - glasses, plates, pans, utensils, dish soap, trash bags, dish towels, etc. The bathrooms were clean and contained hair dreyers, plenty of towels, hand soap, toilet paper, etc. The beds were comfortable and neatly made upon arrival with extra blankets in the closets. This cabin has not been updated and has older furniture, but was very clean and comfortable. We chose this house for its proximity to Garwoods and price. Picking up the keys after hours from the management company was convenient. We would rent this house again. More...

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Very nice location. Far enough away from main roads but close enough to entertainment, shopping, and other services. Liked the home but it needs some work, hopefully soon. Walkway to front door is in need of repair/rebuild. An upgrade or window AC unit for the upstairs would be a plus for summer guests/visitors as it gets very warm. Probably not a problem in the winter. I would suggest pest control/enviromental spraying as there were a goodly number of spider webs. Several windows need screen. Hope this is helpful in help you to upgrade your business. If you do fix it up, please let me know as I would consider renting again.
