We really liked the location, the lanai, everything was fantastic EXCEPT for the lack of a big lounger bathtub--but that's personal preference. WE could have used the jacuzzi...My ONLY complaint is that I had been told the entire complex was nonsmoking but the people next door to us (in 2B) all the same week smoked effectively nonstop inside their condo and the stench kept drifting over to our condo & the lanai--ruined some evenings on the lanai. Other than that it was out of the madness of south Kihei, quiet, peaceful, and absolutely lovely. Great amenities, nice to have the beach towels there, laundry etc.

Sorry of the delay ? we just got back from your vacation on the 28th. We thought that the condo that we stayed in had all the amenities and then some. It was nice to have the opportunity to stay in someone?s actually vacation home because if truly felt like ?home? and was one of the nicer ones that we had stayed in on our 3 week vacation. The grounds were nice and the area was quiet.

We cannot say enough great things about the Koa Resort. We stayed in 2C and it was so nice and clean. The unit has two beautiful bedrooms with very comfortable beds, one large bathroom with plenty of mirror/counter space, a fully stocked and equipped kitchen, a lovely dining and living area, and a beautiful lanai. The condo grounds are so beautiful - lots of flowers, trees, so clean, and quiet. The pool is huge and is very well kept and clean, so beautiful!! There is a very nice tennis and mini golf area as well. Condo is 3-5 minutes from the most beautiful beaches you will ever see in your life. Also the condo is close to some great, affordable places to eat. Try Coconuts for the best fish tacos and Peggy Sues has the best shakes and burgers. What more is there to say... none of us wanted to leave we enjoyed it that much!! My Mom and I are both saying we want to live at the Koa Resort. More...

Really enjoyed my stay at Koa Resort, 2C. It is a very competitive price, 2 bdrom, nice size condo with great ground floor lanai that faces nice, landscaped grounds which are steps from the BBQ and swimming pool.

Older condo, but everything was functional, clean and just fine for our needs.Very quiet community, slept like a baby, beds were new and firm. Perfect for small family needing a convenient base for their adventures. On last day, I discovered the beaches/parks which are within walking distance of the condo. Overall, very happy! More...
