All new 2 bedroom / 2 1/2 bath condo of 1100 sq. ft. less than 1/2 mile outside of Key West in NEW gated community, including huge heated pool, clubhouse and fitness center. Sleeps up to 6 with a queen bed in each room and a queen sleeper/sofa in LR.

42" Plasma in LR, TV with remote in each bedroom
7 bikes with 2 locks, 3 coolers, beach umbrella all included
Free WIFI, Free long distance phone calls in USA, Canada and Puerto Rico, 400 count sheets and duvets plus all towels and beach towels provided.
370 sq. ft. secure garage available for any extras you need to keep secure but out of the way.... golf clubs, stroller, fishing gear, etc....
Located across the street from the only 18 hole championship golf course in Key West. Also walking distance to several restaurants/bars and marinas that are local favorites and offering true Key West charm.
Right next to Burger King, Bank with ATM, convenience store and liquor store.
2 miles to beach, 5 miles to Duval St., 2 miles to Publix, Quiznos, Outback, Movie theater, Kmart and more .

The condo was absolutely gorgeous! It was very clean, decorated elegantly, and the furnishings were very comfortable.
The amenities that are in the condo are well thought out and Judy didn't miss a beat thinking of every detail a traveler might need.
We liked being away from the downtown area and enjoyed the quiet and our privacy.
Judy was easy to work with, and offered to assist is in any way that she could.
We look forward to a return visit to this property. |

Sweet stay near Key West |

| Our condo was the perfect size for the four of us. It was beautifully furnished, cozy and clean in a secluded little gated community. My kids and husband enjoyed using the pool a few times. We never got to use the bikes because we were so busy in Key West (a quick 10 minute drive away) with other activities and I was a bit concerned about the kids crossing Hwy 1 with the bikes. Also, the condo was pretty close to the highway and at first seemed a bit loud, but we were so tired after daily activities that the road noise soon became a moot point. The price was great! We loved our stay!! |

| Thanks for the comments. We would love for you to stay with us again and next time try out a family outing on the bikes. The bike path is very safe and many of our guests made a point of saying how nice of a ride it was to see the island. Call us again on your next trip. We enjoyed having you. |

| We had a great time at "Tee by the Sea". Everything we needed was made available by Judy! The condo provides all kitchen supplies, a dishwasher, washer- dryer, bicycles, a basket full of travel brochures, the community has a pool and gym, all we had to bring was our clothes and toiletries! The condo was also very spacious and exceptionally clean. It is very close to the super-market, golf course, beach, restaraunts, etc... The only bad part was we had to leave when vacation ended! We would definitely reccomend this rental! |

| We stayed in Tee by the Sea in September. It was a wonderful condo and very clean. Nicely decorated. Judy was helpful and very prompt if we had a problem. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch at night. The pool was nice and very relaxing. It was nice to be a bit away from Duval Street so we could escape to a more quiet area. Hurricane Hole which was very close to the condo was a nice place to sit and have a drink and appetizers away from the hustle and bustle of Duval. We really enjoyed our trip and would stay here again. |

The condo was very beautiful and elegant furnished. Just the highway was a little bit too loud. Duval Street and Mallory Square were an amazing experience. A trip to Bahia Honda State Park is also worthwhile. This suits us and we would visit this condo again.

My family of 6 stayed in Judy's town home - Tee by the Sea last Thanksgiving
and it was beautiful. It was the cleanest place we have ever stayed and Judy
was so easy to work with both when making reservations and during our stay.
The location was perfect and the pool was so very tropical and warm even
during the cooler evenings. We felt very comfortable with all of the
furnishings and would highly recommend staying here. We have spoken with
several potential renters for Judy's home and we are always glad to speak with
anyone who wants to know the truth about comfort, security, safety, beauty

Tee by the Sea is luxury accomodations at an economical price. A very comfortable home with all the extras. All appliances and electronics look brand new or only slightly and gently used. The Kitchen area has everything that you need.It even had spices and some coffee that someone was considerate enough to leave for the next lucky vactioneers.
The bicycles and some beach accesories that are available in the storage area was put to good use. It was the first time that our whole family was able to take a bicycle ride together in many years.
It's very easy to ride anywhere on Key West, and we enjoyed riding around the neighborhoods on Stock Island.
The swimming pool is close to the unit and beautifully appointed and landscaped. It was never crowded.
We had a very good vacation experience and would recommend renting Tee by the Sea to anyone considering a vacation in Key West. |

| Decorations and amenities were wonderful. Very clean and well cared for condo. The communal pool was very nice and a good size. The name, "Tee by the Sea" is a bit misleading since the golf course is across US1 from the condo which is also not on the ocean. There is also a constant drone of traffic from US1 which is right off the master bedroom and living room. Aside from this, it was a wonderful place to stay and a good value for the Key West area. |

| We loved every moment of our stay at Tea by the Sea. The house is comfortable and has all of the amenities you need for a long stay away from home. The grounds are great...loved the pool every day!! Seemed like a private pool. Key West and the other Keys are all easily available. Ran,swam, and played in the Keys. Can hardly wait to go back. |

Wow... what a wonderful condo, had anything and everything we wanted. Especially enjoyed the sound system when getting ready to go out. Bedding was so comfortable, tile floors - so nice.
You cannot go wrong...
Tried to book again for another trip this summer, but it was already booked. Get it fast :) |

We had a wonderful stay at Tee by the Sea and we will definitely be returning
in the the future. The house was beautiful, clean and very comfortable and
homey with all the amentities you would need. Our favorite perk were the
variety of bikes we had to choose from which we used to bike around all of Key
West.
I highly recommend Tee by the Sea!!!!

| From the moment we walked in the door we loved this condo! It was clean, well decorated and looked brand new. Everything was very nice quality and in perfect condition. The bedding was wonderful! We loved the pool. There was hardly anyone around when we were there. We did meet some nice people there though. It was a great place to kick back and relax. We rode the bikes to the store down the street. Everything was just as it was described and we are already planning out next trip there. We loved it! |
