| Omar, I just wanted to let you know that the time my husband and I spent in your Fairytale home was an awesome am excellent experience. It was actually John's Birthday and the fact that you had Birthday Balloons waiting for him at the entrance when we arrived was the icing on the cake. The home was very clean and felt so inviting when we walked in, that it actually felt like home. The location of the home was fantastic it was about 2 miles from all of the actual Disney Theme Parks. We loved the pool and the landscaping was very well maintained. We brought our dogs and they had a great time in the backyard running and playing, the neighborhood was quiet and the park was very convenient when taking the dogs for a walk. I give our experience a 5 star rating. Thank you Omar we look forward to visiting you again soon... |

| As a first time vacation home renter, the experience was like home away from home. Having the comforts of a home and a private pool made our vacation much more valuable to enjoy and spend the quality time with family and pets. The screened large pool was great. When we were done swimming the patio was a nice place to relax and put dinner on the grill. We liked the location finding it close to the Disney parks, shopping, and many restaurants along with a post office and hospital nearby. We find that the owner was accomodating to us and if something was needed for the home he was easily contacted by phone and promptly responded. He was there to answer any of our questions during our stay.Our rental transaction was professionally handled and was easy to do by his rental terms. Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend this vacation home managed by Omar Garcia for your next trip. |

| Omar is the best business person I have had the pleasure to work with. When I originally wanted to book my vacation he was right on with e-mails and phone calls. Unfortunatly due to my children being very young we have decided to cancel our trip until they are a little older. Omar did not give me any problems at all. He said that was fine and sent my refund right away. I will definately be giving his name to friends and family if they are looking to vacation in the future and I of course will be using him to book a vacation in the future. |

Great service with any info needed in the area,
The home was clean nice pool and Ethernet access big and roomy.Everything was close got to the home always in less than 15 min and restaurants were on the way home that was great after a long day at the parks with the kids and my pets waiting at the house didn't have to worry how they were being treated because they were there waiting they also enjoyed the time there, the least was the rainy days.

It was a great experience. The vacation house is very comfortable, clean and nice. We have a good time those days.

I stayed at the home with my husband and my daughter. We were there for 4 nights. The pet friendly vacation home itself is very neat and conveniently located close to all the theme parks.
The owner was very friendly and very accomodating.
I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a great vacation at a very decent price.

Our plane arrived early at the Orlando International Airport. We decided to call Mr. Garcia to see if we could check in early, he calls it "showcase" since he doesn't charge everything outfront like most rentals we have rented in the past. He was nice enough to let my family of 6 with a baby girl.
We arrived at the property we punch in the code that he gave us with our booking confirmation and my kids had a smile on their little faces when they notice that they had their own private pool! The place was very clean, the home had high speed internet, towels, linens, toilet paper, kitchen towels, mop, vacumm, dishes, and cooking supplies.
The matresses in the masterbedroom and 2nd bedroom with the queen were wonderful me and my mom usually have a hard time sleeping and we both had a good night sleep after our long trip thank you!
We love that they provide you a remote control for the garage and it comes in handy specially if its raining. Last rental we stayed at had a game room in the garage that we couldn't park our car! That can be a safety issue too specially at night. It only took us 10 min to get to Disney parking lot! That was a relieve since it took us 30 min last time we came to Orlando.
My family loved the attention we received at this home, Mr. Garcia even allow us to bring our jack russel with us on vacation. We will see you next year!

| We were very impressed upon arriving at our vacation home. It was roomier than we expected, very clean, comfortable, well-equipped with all amenities, and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It's location was extremely convenient - close to Disneyland and other attractions, plus close to shopping. Omar was very pleasant and easy to deal with. Would definitely stay there again. |

| We had a wonderful experience at the Fantasy House. It felt like a home away from home. Our dogs felt very comfortable as well. The only drawback was with the cookware. Otherwise, the house was perfect. |
