The house was nicely furnished and very comfortable. The location was quiet and convenient to all North Shore spots. The only issue was with the hot tub which hadn't been cleaned in a while and was un-usable. Aside from that, we would rent it again.

House was awesome for entertaining groups of guests and was 100% plush,
comfort and style. Jacuzzi rocked out with the disco lights and the kitchen was
a pleasure to cook in. Location was ideal with the surrounding trees and

This house is absolutely beautiful. Plenty of room for our small family of 4 and 1 small dog. The fenced yard was great for the dog and sure made you feel safe at night while using the fantastic spa. The beds were cozy and the master far enough away from the other bedrooms to give you plenty of privacy. The bathrooms were fantastic, loved the tile work. Everything was great except for the lack of staples in the house. Very little salt & pepper or spices of any kind. No foil. No detergent, dishwasher soap or very little hand soap. No sponge, but a very dirty used one. We had to purchase these items on our own. We did leave the detergent and dishwasher soap as well as the hand soap, since it was inconvenient to not have those items there upon arrival. We also purchased TP and paper towels, but I do believe that is something the renter typically purchases as standard because we stayed a week. Since the house is new maybe it has not had the time to store up on a lot of spices and other staples yet. I will be submitting receipts for those items we replaced to Tahoe Getaways since Beth said we would be reimbursed for those items we purchased. Even with missing staples, we had a great time at the Olive. We loved the house location and the amenities. Tahoe Getaways was very easy and great to deal with.
