The White House is a new and unique property located beachfront on Playa Hermosa, just a little north of Santa Teresa in the Mal Pais Area, in Puntarenas, Costa Rica.

The property is unique as it has the signature beachfront “White House” and two villas which can be rented out as one property either for privacy or to accommodate special large parties. The "White House" is our signature home, an architectural masterpiece with private infinity pool. The property sits next door to Pranamar, the up and coming newest and most exclusive yoga resort in Santa Teresa, owned by the creators of the famed Flor Blanca.

The villas are available for rental with the our signature White House for either large parties or privacy of the property. The Accommodations: The White House is a large 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath beach front home.

The White House Property has two villas behind the main house which may be rented out as well to accommodate large parties such as a small wedding or other celebration. Each villa is a modern 2 story, 2B/2B home with decks on both the upstairs and downstairs levels and one of the baths in each villa featuring an outdoor shower.

We built on Playa Hermosa as the name stands for, beautiful beach and is known as the most beautiful beach in Mal Pais. Playa Hermosa is home to a plethora of tidepools as well as vast expanses of soft sand. Great all level surf is just 500 steps north from The White House, north of "yellow palm". Skilled surfing is accessible directly in front of the property as well as all level wading and swimming.

You will love the coveted Playa Hermosa which provides a sense of privacy when sun bathing as the location is in the seclusion of north Santa Teresa, away from town. Lounging is fantastic both on the beach or back on the deck so you can wade in the private infinity pool while enjoying a cocktail or while starting a BBQ. You can cook up a nice meal in our chef's kitchen or you may hire our amazing private chef service to come delight your senses with their craft. If you prefer to go out on the town for food, there are a few amazing restaurants either within walking distance or a short drive away.
