The condition of the condo was just ok - I had the impression that
nobody had stayed in it for a long time. Cleanliness was questionable.
The furniture was dated and the view from the window was blocked on
the right hand side by a section of the building. The can opener didn't
work, no salt and pepper set, no teapot or kettle.
This criticism might seem petty but as the weather for the week was
bitterly cold and windy, my husband and I were obliged to spend a lot
of time inside.
In general, Palmetto Rentals did a good job but I would not return to
the same condo.

We had a great week at the Caravelle. The place was vey nice, the people were friendly and we loved the location. The children loved the activities they had planned and everyone had a terrific time. We will definitely return next year.

Great place to stay for families. My kids ages 7 and 11 really enjoyed all the daily activities the resort had to offer (especially the crafts). The on site restaurant and ice cream shop was also a plus. The rooms were very clean and spacious. My family would definitely stay her again! More...

We had a great time. We have a 4 yr. old and 2 yr. old, they
didn't want to leave. We were close to everything. The only
downfall was that this unit IS direct oceanfront BUT you CAN
NOT SEE the ocean to the right, it is blocked by a protruding
building. Other than that everything was perfect!!! More...

We paid for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath but the original place we bookede was totally unacceptable. I am glad that Palmetto allowed us (albeit reluctantly) let us change to a different place.

The Caravelle was ho hum. The class of people staying there seemed to be of a lower breed. It was as scummy as the other place we had booked, but it wasn't even close to anything I would have liked to stay at.

There is no cleaning service, you have to empty your own garbage, there weren't enough dishes, the front desk was across the street, didn't realize there were other "sister" properties attached until it was to late. More...
