Brand new luxury condo located on Marsh and only steps to the beach. Balcony off family room has beautiful full view of Marsh and partial view of the ocean. Stainless steel kitchen, with granite countertops, breakfast bar, washer and dryer in unit, flat screen TV. Master has king bed and TV., walk in closet, two sinks in bath with jetted tub and separate shower. Second bedroom has two double beds and walk in closet as well. Unit is close to many activities and less than 1 mile to Barefoot Landing, Dick`s Last Resort and House of Blues.

| We have stayed at Ocean Marsh 205 on several occasions...the owner has always been great to work with and very accommodating. Clean unit and nicely furnished. Good location for shopping, dining, etc. Short walk to the beach and nice view of marsh. Complex is quiet but does not have lots of amenities (ie large pool, indoor pool, etc) |

| We stayed a week at this condo. It was clean and comfortable. My children enjoyed the boggie boards, sand toys and board games the unit provided. The beach was perfect and not crowded. I would have liked a TV in the childrens room and the walk to the beach was a little further than we expected. Overall a great place to stay. |

We enjoyed staying at Ocean Marsh 205...the unit was decorated nicely, clean, spacious and just a short walk to the beach.
The only negative is that the pool is quite small...if you are traveling with children who like big pools, lazy rivers, etc, they would probably be disappointed.
One recommendation: coat hangers for the closets and spare light bulbs!
We would definitely choose to stay in this unit again and would recommend it to others. |

| What a beautiful condominium! We just spent a weekend with our children in this second floor unit and were excited to have a modern and very clean place for our end-of-the-year vacation. The complex is nice and quiet and the pool, kiddie pool and hot tub ammenities were wonderful! The unit itself was spacious enough for our 6-member family. The granite countertops, updated appliances, LCD television and all of the furniture made it feel like we never left the comforts of home behind. DEFINITELY will be back!!!! |

This condo is impeccably decorated and is clean and modern. The view is not your average beach view, with marsh right outside your balcony. The condo is spacious and well-stocked.
There is a lot of construction ocean front currently, so you can still see the ocean, but there are some mega-properties going up that are likely to cause major traffic next season. We didn't have to deal with that this time around, and it was a quiet, pleasant setting in a private building that is clearly managed well.
I would stay there again, but probably in the off-season, as things are liable to get pretty crazy when the South Beach Plantation opens. Great views, good management company, and good response to problems and questions. Nice property!
