| Our family had a great time. It was a really great place to stay with teens and pre-teens. We played lots of games and had a wonderful time. It fit 11 people very well. |

Needs a lot of cleaning and paint |

| The unit is in bad need of a paint job and carpets replaced or at least cleaned. There were not enough towels for our group and had to call twice to get them. The unit is in a great location, close to the beach with nice views of the ocean between two building and on eather side. If it were repainted and carpets replaced I would stay there again. |

Spacious but Needs Work |

| We used Pierwatch II - 308 for a mini family reunion - 7 adults, 2 teens and 2 children. The rate was good and the unit was spacious and convenient to the beach. However, it showed signs of wear and tear - stained carpet, broken and rusting deck furniture, ants in one of the bedrooms, damaged surface on the shuffleboard table. The cleaning crew also did not do a good job - carpets not vacuumed, bathrooms poorly cleaned. We have chosen not to re-book for 2010 - we will be staying in another similar unit in Cherry Grove. |

| I planned a bike week vacation with 5 other couples, when we arrived at Pier Watch, we could not believe how nice this location was. 6 bedrooms, plenty of room for everyone, right on the beach and the Atlantic Beach strip. We had the best time. This unit is clean, well laid out and very comfortable. I would highly recommend it and look forward to renting it next year. |

| This was the second year we stayed in the Pier Watch Villas. It's so hard to find large homes/condos close to the beach that are affordable. These condos are the perfect fit. This condo is beautiful inside, which every modern convenience you could want or need--and the cost includes cleaning and bed linens. You're not going to find a nicer, cleaner, more spacious place to stay in North Myrtle Beach. We will definitely return again! |
