This is a beautiful unit, very spacious throughout with very nice furnishings (46" flatscreen HDTV in main seating area). Nice, roomy balcony but the view of the beach/ocean is somewhat limited to a gap between adjacent highrises...it does have nice views of landscaped pool areas though. All the shared pool areas and grounds are well maintained and attractive with easy beach access. Nice Tiki Bar area at the beachfront pool with live music and DJ's performing several days throughout the week. Restaurant/Snack Bar that opens onto the pool deck with poolside food & beverage service. Friendly and helpful staff.
We had been staying for the last 9 years at the Sea Watch Plantation resort, just down the beach, but switched this year because my dad is now confined to a wheelchair and the Sea Watch units were not wheelchair friendly (narrow interior doorways and cramped quarters). This Palms unit was perfect with extra large master bath and spacious, walk-in shower with built in seat.
Our large extended family all found this unit and associated amenities to be a significant upgrade from Sea Watch and we plan to make this unit our new annual vacation place to stay for years to come! |
