We stayed in this gorgeous condo with my sister and her family. Plenty of room to spread out and have privacy or family time. Washer and dryer in condo was great help with towels and wet suits. Kitchen saved us money by eating in. Each room had its own balcony also. Nice to either all sit together or to have privacy. Beautiful views from each balcony also. Loved our stay!!!!
Contacted Palmetto Vacations about there not being welcome gift. Forgot to leave in room but would bring it out right away. While were at the store (getting toilet paper because there was none) the gift bag was delivered. Guess what one of the items was...toilet paper...funny.
Would definately stay in the condo again and would also use Palmetto Vacations again. |

| We stayed here for fourth of July weekend. We had a great time. Unit was clean and nicely decorated. Well taken care of. We had two young children with us so we had to be careful of the glass end tables but other than that it was great. Would definetly recommend to others and would stay here again. Direct ocean view from the master bedroom was lovely, especially at night to listen to the ocean. |

The property is beautiful.
Furnishings and view is fabulous.
Condo needed a little extra cleaning of table tops and counters. Also, rental agent should express the location of office and the need to stop by to get a parking permit upon entering property.
Only one key was provided in lock box
for the 3 bedroom unit to use. We had no problem acquiring another one but had to go to Palmetto's main office.
Kingston Plantation is a huge complex with many amenities. If you rent through Palmetto Vacation Rentals you are not
able to use amenities of the surrounding properties.

Our condo was gorgeous and just perfect for the four of us. It was beautifully furnished and had all the amenities we needed and expected. The view from all three balconies (yes 3) was spectacular. We particularly liked the feeling of safety there as we were four women. Yes, we will definitely stay there again. There were four families represented and each of us say we're taking our respective families back again.
