| We stayed in this home in 2008 and 2009 and really enjoyed the location, it is just a very short walk to the beach and to the pool. It was clean and everything was in working order. We enjoy the screened in back porch and the peacefulness of the location. We love the king size bed and large master bathroom. |

| We have been to Kingston for the last 6 years and this unit by far has been the best!! It is in close proximity to the beach (right across the street) and private pool. Parking is convenient in front of unit and area is very quiet. The villa was furnished tastefully and had two HUGE bathrooms!!! The kitchen was stocked and overall was spotless. I can't wait to return! |

This is a nice condo in Kingston Plantation. Nicely decorated and everything in good order. Good location to the beach as well.
However, be advised that you are renting from Palmetto Vacation Rentals, not Kingston Plantation. Kingston Plantation doesn't really like this practice. We were given a hard time our first time through the security gate. We were then denied access to the on-site water park. We didn't try any other amenities, but I suspect we may have problems with them as well. |
