Beautiful, Comfortable and Convenient |

This was the second time we stayed in one of Frank's Amazing Disney
Homes, so that alone should tell you we were definitely satisfied.
"Hemmingway's Animal Kingdom" is beautifully furnished and truly makes
you feel like you're staying in a luxury vacation home, as opposed to some
other rentals with minimal decor.
The home has more than enough space to accomodate a large (even
extended) family, and is stocked with everything under the sun. We didn't
have to bring or buy much the entire week -- just our food and the Disney
tickets. All toiletries are provided -- even pain reliever!
The home is extremely convenient to the theme parks, restaurants and
shopping.
The only area of improvement I can think of is that some of the community's
ammenities (pool, volleyball, game room, etc) seem a tad bit outdated.
Looking at this as a major negative is still a stretch, as our family had a
great time using the pool and playground.
We plan on returning for our son's 3rd birthday. |

| I would like to say how please my family were staying at Simba Pride. The condo was so clean and comfortable.I feel at home there. My children enjoyed the rooms. Frank and his wife design the condo with families in mind. We did not need anything the condo came fully equipt to suit my family needs. I would recomment this place to every who is planning to visit Kissimmee Florida. |

The home was beautifully decorated and very clean. The Monteleone's were
very responsive throughout the rental process, and even called to check in on
us after we arrived. The only advice I have, is do not follow the "back roads,
no traffic" directions to the parks We got completely lost, and finally ended up
at Disney World an hour later. Thank you for opening your home to us, we will
definitely be back. |

At the last minute, my husband and I decided to take the kids on vacation to Disney. We researched many options, we decided that staying in a Condo would be best for our family. Working with Frank was so easy. He was pleasant and so very accommodating. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The pool was nice, a little cold but nice. Frank and Lenore have a beautiful condo and thought of a lot of things that you might forget. We loved the convenience of a Washer and Dryer right there. We loved being so close to the Disney parks. We loved everything about our vacation. We decided to stay an extra night, which worked out well when we found out it would be no problem.
We look forward to working with Frank again in the future. |

My wife found Frank's website when we were looking
for accommodations for our Disney stay (our delayed
honeymoon, so we could take our daughter{my step}
with us and her friend). I used to live in Lake
County Fla, and could not believe there was a deal
like this that close to WDW! We thought well even
if it was so-so it was still a decent deal. Boy was
I wrong! Frank was very accommodating in our
reservations and arrival time, even offered extras
to help us out. We were amazed even after seeing
the pictures of the condo, that it was much more
spacious than any rental we had seen, in fact even
the showers were big! We left there with a handful
(a BIG handful) of their cards and have recommended
them to many friends and colleagues for their
Disney and central Florida trips. We are planning
an extended family trip and plan to rent from
Frank again. He includes in his rental packet the
best deals for the parks I have found and I have
inside contacts at Disney!

We had a WONDERFUL vacation! Being this was the first time we ever rented via the internet, we were so very happy to see how everything was exactly as described. The condo was very nice, stores were conveniently located, and Disney was just a few minutes away. My kids loved walking down the steps and into the pool, playground and mini arcade. We “did” Disney a few years ago staying in the park and this was a much better way to go with younger kids. After a long day it was so nice to come back to the condo and give the kids their dinner instead of having to wait on another line at a restaurant with cranky children (not to mention the money we saved). We used the Publix several times and it had high quality items reasonably priced. It was also great having a washer/drier handy. My husband also got a few days of golf in (and there certainly were enough courses to choose from all close by!) Most of all, the exceptional customer service from the owner who responded to our emails before and during so promptly was great.

We are from Mexico and stayed for a week at the pool side paradise (two adults , and our two kids 4 and 9) To rent the house was very convenient for us as we wanted to know Orlando and make some shopping... Frank and Leonore are very helpful when you call them, they open their beautiful house for you. We rented a car with neverlost so we could visit many places, as the location is convenient because of many places nearby, The condo is really what the Monteleones offer. You feel like at your own home. I recommend to all people not only in the Us but in America, to have this experience. Thanks Leonore and Frank by share your amazing home with us.

| This was a beautiful clean home, we really enjoyed our stay and it was pretty close to all the attractions such as Disney, Universal etc. We had a few starnge nights though as during 1 night the bathroom light in the en suite bathroom kept switching on and off until the light finally blew BUT the next day when we had come back from a day at Animal Kingdom the light was on again! Nobody had been in to change anything, we also heard voices in the living room. Was a bit spooky, but still recommended. If we come back to Orlando again we will definately like to stay in 1 of Franks homes again. |

The condo was perfect for our family. We have a 13 year old Autistic boy who adores Disney and in particular The Lion King, so for him to live in a house that is decorated in the theme of his favourite film was fantastic!
As an adult I thought the condo was beautifully done, with lots of little details that made all the difference. I found the kitchen equipped with everything that I could need, from washing up liquid to bin bags. In the past we have rented holiday homes and there is nothing in the kitchen, so you have to start your holiday by shopping for basic essentials and end up spending a fortune.
Plus there were toiletries provided,so all in all we did not have to pack as much. Attention to detail was perfect.
The condo was clean, welcoming and like a home from home. We enjoyed returning to the peace and quiet after a fun packed but exhausting day at the parks.
We also really appreciated all the information that was sent to us prior to our holiday.It was very helpful and informative.
All in all the best family holiday that we have ever had. Thank you. |

Just wanted to comment on the wonderful time we had whislt staying at The Lion Kings. It was literally a home from home experience, everything you could possibly want and more. The condo was extremely clean, which is high on my prioriy list and every pot and pan one could ever need.
It was great to have a washer and dryer on hand complete with detergent and bounce sheets.
The condo was very spacious and the location great for Disney, it was also a quiet neighbourhood. I would definately use this condo again and will be happy to recommend it to friends and family. |

| We stayed at Simba's Pride with our family and it was great. The condo was very clean and very spacious. It had all the little extras that you don't even think that you might need. We loved it so much and can't wait to go back again. We actually felt like we were at home and didn't even feel funny walking around in bare feet like you sometimes do when you are not in your own home. We loved it so much. Frank and his wife are wonderful people and take a lot of pride in what they do. I can't say enough about the condo. They really know how to decorate, well, his wife does!!!!! Already thinking about when we can go back. |

A TRULY AMAZING HOME |

What a surprise to open the door to this beautiful home ! We were a family of 7, the old folks, Gramp and Nanny, our daughter, her husband and three kids, 3, 10 and 13. Every room was beautiful and decorated to a T. What talent the Monteleones have to create such nice Disney scenes. My 13 year old grand daughter came to us after 15 minutes of discovery and said "I want to move and live here"! Quite a statement for a girl living in a beautiful home in MA.
Everything was perfect, a large master bedroom with private bath, a bedroom for my wife and I and beautifully decorated bunk room for the kids. The kitchen was perfect and a large dining room and living room with space for all of us. Amenities galore and everything was extremely well maintained and fit for a king. The kids loved the pool, but Gramp passed that one up after trying to keep up with the kids all day.
I, in particular, was impressed from the standpoint of a vacation home owner. My wife and I have two rental vacation homes and know how difficult it is to maintain and keep a home upgraded and ready for weekly guests. Frank and Lenore seem to have put it all together in a great package that will please even the most discriminating of guests. A ten plus!
Disney was only about 10 minutes away using Frank's shortcut information with no traffic. Simple to get to and from on a daily basis. We highly recommend "The Most Amazing Homes In Disney World" as the best place anyone could ask for.

It is very nice to know that each time we arrive we can expect a very nice home to enjoy our Florida stay in! The extra's you provide are so very nice and make our stay enjoyable, the "like home" deco and games are always fun for the whole family !
If anyone is considering a trip to Orlando and looking for a nice,clean,affordable,well stocked home this IS your place!! We are VERY selective about where we stay and would not consider any other place while in this area !! (Wish you had rentals in other places) We are already planning our fall trip so you will be hearing from us soon !!

We are perfectionists to a fault, and when we read Linda's comments, we were very pleased by the review, but we needed to know where we failied in getting only 4 stars instead of 5, for"cleanliness" and "comfort" (we ALWAYS, ALWAYS strive for 100%!)
Linda was gracious enough to let us know that there was a stain on the hassick in the LR and that both sets of vertical blinds in both MBR's were not working properly.
Immediately (and I mean THE NEXT DAY), Lenore and I were there taking down the verticals and installing gorgeous, lined drapes over the French doors. They are rich, simple to draw and open, and provide 100% privacy / darkness at night.
The stain turned out to be a water mark from someone sitting down in wet clothes. We removed it completely and we're back to our "complusive" selves again! Thanks Linda! |

A 2 week stay at Hemingways wasn't enough. The one on one service provided by Frank was excellent. The home was "absolutely" beautiful. What the website shows is what you get. Not to mention that every little thing from tootbrushes to flashlights for power outages and everything in between was included. We loved the pools and the beach volleyball courts. To be able to say that we don't have to look any further for another place to stay when we go back to Florida really says something about this home. There are thousands of places to stay, but from our last experience, we certainly don't have to look anywhere else to find the perfect home. We already know where it is.

| Has every thing you need. No need to pack lots of clothes, as they have washer and dryer right there in the condo. Very nice to come back to the condo after a long day at the parks and have a nice dinner in privacy of your own place and watch tv or play a game and relax. And pools were never crowded when we went in June. Has every thing you need with all the comforts of home!!!! Next time in Orlando I would not stay anywhere else!!! |

The pictures are great but when we walked into the house it was heaven. Every night we returned from the theme parks to the relaxation of our wonderful and peaceful home away from home. | We have stayed in two of these condo's. We will never go back to a hotel again. Frank is so friendly and accomodating. The condo's are clean, have everything you need, wonderfully decorated And lots of room. They are located close to attractions and shopping. What you read and see on the website is true. We were so impressed we have spread the word here in Nova Scotia Canada. We are hoping to come back next year and well be staying ion one of theses condo's. |

The minute you walk in the door it felt like home. You could just feel how clean it was. Everything was furnished from bandaids to ice chest which we used both for Disney!!! We ran down to the local grocery and picked up some breakfast food and some goodies to snack on late at night. The location was perfect. Very easy to get to both Disney and Universal. We had an AWESOME stay and would highly recommend Amazing Disney Homes to everyone. I can't tell you how many times I called Frank with all my questions and each and ever time he was just as nice and was glad to help however he could.
Both Frank and his wife are super people and are straight up about their rentals. That means more than money when you are trying to found a place to stay during your vacation and haven't a clue where a good location would be. We were 12 hours away so it wasn't an option for us to run down and check out something. SO glad I found their website. I promise you won't be disappointed and you won't find a better deal for the money. Book early, because their don't stay empty.
You will just love the decor. It makes you feel like a kid again!!! We loved it!!! 5 STARS all the way. |

We can't begin to put into words how wonderful & magical our stay was at
the Monteleones' vacation home. We were treated like royalty - it truly
made our vacation relaxing not to have to worry about ANYTHING. From
the moment we inquired about the vacation home via the internet we could
tell this was a special place. The reservation process was handled so
personally & promptly, with no detail left forgotten! We so appreciated the
maps, directions to the parks, helpful hints on buying attraction tickets,
places to eat and the detailed directions to get to our vacation home that
were e-mailed to us when we made our reservation. We couldn't believe all
the amenities & thoughtful extras included at our vacation home! Washer
/dryer, dishes, toiletries, bedding & towels a pantry full of staples.., the list
goes on & on. Though our kids are older now, we were also impressed at
the thoughtful extras for little ones: high chair, fold away crib, Disney
movies...etc. Too bad it took us 5 trips to Disney before we discovered this
jewel! The home was cozy, immaculate & beautifully decorated. We were
literally minutes from all the Disney parks. It was by far the most
memorable & stress-free trip we have made to Orlando , we will definitely
be back! |

| This is the way to go to Disney World. Our Magic Kingdom themed home was better equipped than our home here in Seattle. Everything was available in the kitchen including a cooler and it would be wonderful for a family with children. It was a quiet, peaceful, clean, elegant and affordable home base for 12 days in theme parks! Oh my gosh! We highly recommend Frank's Vacation homes. We rented The Lion's King condo from May 20th to May 27th and couldn't have been happier. We had 6 people in our party including 3 kids, ages 8,5 and 1. It was great that everyone had their own space, the kids loved it, as a matter of fact they didn't want to leave.
My husband and mother were very impressed shocked actually that so many amenities were provided. We stopped at the grocery store and my mother insisted on buying things that I told her were there because she couldn't believe that you provided so much for the price we paid.
In my opinion I don't believe there is a better place to rest your head while in beautiful, sunny Florida.
We would highly recommend this condo and would rate it as a four star!! |

| Our condo at Villas at Island Club was gorgeous. The location was more a quiet residential neighborhood than a resort. The pools, tennis court, and playground were beautifully maintained and exactly as promised. Not a blade of grass was out of place. Every detail had been covered -- from the Tylenol in the medicine cabinet to toys for the children. We loved the two sets of bunk beds in the children's bedroom -- our two didn't have to argue about who got the top bunk. I was especially impressed with the quality and promptness of Frank's service. The cleaning crew had somehow skipped our condo, and it wasn't ready when we arrived. One phone call to Frank and it was taken care of immediately. We were even given a compensatory credit on our credit card within minutes of our reporting the problem. I mention this only because I'm sure this sort of thing happens occasionally, and it is most important that the owner be available to take care of it. Anybody can rent out condos, but not everyone is so willing to deal with problems. I would rent from Frank again in a minute. This condo was beautiful, and Frank's service was outstanding. |
