Ocean view from every room in this home and just steps to the beach! Spacious upper and lower decks provide fabulous views of the ocean. House was recently renovated with new hardwood floors, furniture and appliances: New kitchen to include stainless steel appliances and new cookware etc.,view of ocean from the kitchen sink! Cabinent height bar seating for 4. New laundry room on main floor level! All new hardwood floors Completely Repainted!
Stero System throughout the house. Screened in rec area below house, new outside shower with hot and cold water, screened in 1st Deck. Sleeps six to eight with two queen beds, two twin beds, and one queen sofa-sleeper. Access to two pools, one only 20 yards from the house. We have now added high speed internet access too!

Great Summer Get Away
The rental agency was wonderful! The island staff were great too! The home was set up very nicely - very beach oriented in theme, close to the pool, which was great & set up in a lovely cul de sac near the ocean. 3 Levels for bedrooms - top floor is great for teens but small; the porches were great for sitting & enjoying the summer breezes in the evening as well as the ocean view anytime. Close driving distance to the local store, shops & island restaurants. The only downsides were that the main t.v. did not work & the instructions for entering the home were not specific so it was a challenge getting in initially, but overall it's a lovely place & one I would recommend. Great Summer Get Away
