A spectacular home featuring 4 bedrooms plus a den and Pool Table with a convertible sofa to a Queen bed allowing 10 guests to sleep comfortably. The very private casita, just off the front courtyard and separate from the main house, also has a queen size bed and en suite bath.

Surrounded by mountains, fresh air, and the golf courses, you will love the view while perched above the fairway and taking in the amazing landscape and expansive pool/spa patio. For ambiance or on cool evenings, the built-in patio fire place is perfect for entertaining!

This home features 14-foot ceilings, a unique audio system for AM/FM/CD listening with indoor and outdoor speakers, wireless and regular internet, wet bar, a private pool and spa. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, TV and DVD/VCR.

The Grea...t Room has a huge 73 inch HDTV with Surround Sound + DVD for your viewing pleasure.

The elegant kitchen is great for family get togethers. Granite countertops, 2 built-in ovens, refrigerator, dishwasher, pantry, microwave, and the finest of cookware for any chef. The great room with wet bar + floor to ceiling windows has great views.

The backyard patio with gas barbecue features extensive lounge chairs, outside music, and includes a fire pit for cool desert evenings, plus a separate covered patio area has seating for 10 with a fireplace. The patios are overlooking the 12th green of Nicklaus golf course with a lake view on the 12th and 13th holes.

The Patio dining table and chairs can accommodate 10 people.

The large master, with its high ceiling, is elegantly decorated with a view of the pool and 12th green. The spacious master bath features an enormous walk-in closet with double sinks, marbled shower, and a Kohler tub for a nuturing bath.

The Nicklaus Tournament course was specifically designed by Jack

himself in hopes of bringing tournaments to PGA WEST.

When you stay here at PGA WEST, you can play three of the world famous PGA West courses.

championship tennis courts, one of which is a grass court.
