What can I say this villa exceeded all our expectations. Our party was made up of 7 adults and were all accommodated very comfortably in the 4 very spacious bedrooms. All beds were very comfortable and rooms were decorated to a high standard with plenty of drawer and wardrobe space (including plenty of clothes hangers). All rooms have flat screen TV’s. The large fully air conditioned lounge area was ideal for an evening of relaxation after our very long days at the parks. The kitchen was fully equipped; having everything you would need to cater for a large group such as ours for breakfasts, lunches or a full evening meal. With full cooker, microwave and large fridge with ice maker and plenty of crockery and cutlery the owners certainly have thought of everything, making it a real home from home. Plenty of little extras too such as iPod docks, PS2, DVD player, internet access and to my great surprise FREE international dialling making it easy to stay in touch with family back home in the UK.
Our chill days were spent playing in the pool and sunbathing in the privately fenced off rear garden. Comfortable loungers, tables and chairs not to mention lilo’s and pool games were all provided.
Great location for Disney and all the parks, local restaurants and shopping outlets this villa is a must for anyone looking for excellence at very reasonable rates.

The holiday was fabulous and the location of the villa was great. We were close to all the disney parks and shopping areas. The villa was very comfortable and much larger than expected. I was surprised at the size of the villa. The photos do not do it justice. All rooms much bigger than they look in the photos. Had great fun in the pool. It has everything you need, especially in the kitchen. The owners have thought of everything. Great location for the parks, local restaurants and shopping although a hire car is definitely needed as you cant really walk to anywhere, but taxis are available. We ate in a lot but we can recommend Landry's fish restaurant and Golden Corral which are very near to the villa. All great food and very cheap. There are also very good fishing and golf locations nearby and we can recommend Sea Wrangler for a sea fishing trip. We are now planning our next trip and would definitely go back to this villa again. More...

The house is huge, well furnished to a high standard with the little additions
making all the difference like ipod docks, PS2, DVD and flat screen TV's in
all the bedrooms. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need
including microwave, cooker and the huge america fridge. Leather sofa's,
huge beds and lovely bathrooms make it feel like the ultimate luxury holiday
getaway. The pool area is also fantastic and welcome in the florida heat!

Location is ideal, far enough away from the attractions to feel like home but
close enough to be in DIsney or any of the main parks in 10-15 minutes.
Kennedy space centre less than an hour away and Daytona beach few miles
further. Locally close to Walmart for all shopping needs and prices less than
duty free, lots of lovely restaurants close by and a short drive out to some
lovely rural areas too.

We went as a couple looking for time away from it all without the crowds
and regimentation of hotel life. We found the perfect luxury getaway in the
perfect location for great weather, entertainment and locations to visit.
However, if you are a family this location would be equally perfect
accommodating up to ten very comfortably and close to parks.

Highly recommended, you won't find better!
