Great Home - Horrible Service

My family and I rented the Hoopes property over the Thanksgiving break. We were given the incorrect address(which we spent several hours searching for). When we phoned the agent Kristy - she informed us that the address was correct and that we must have just been lost. After another hour or so, she still insisted that we had the correct address. She then promised that she would drive to where we were within 15 minutes. She did not arrive until 45 minutes later, after several more phone calls. Once she arrived, she admitted that she had given us the wrong address and promised to refund us one night's stay since it has already been after midnight when we finally got into the property.
