Ski Leases Made Easy Located just 100 yards to Lake Tahoe, enjoy the comfort of this "home away from home". Available for a five month ski lease. Driveway snow removal, cable, phone, water and trash are included. Tenant is reponsible for gas and electric. Ski leases are prepaid 45 days in advance. Not intented for full-time occupancy. Pets and smoking are prohibitted.

It's a good one and there is room to improve

We stayed in this property for 3 nights of 2009 Christmas time. It's a nice property and maintained in a very good condition. The floorplan fits very well to our needs. The access of supermarket is only 5 minutes away.
But it's not clean enough. We see quite a few hair on pillow cases and bathroom towels. It seems some bedding items didn't go through laudry. This makes us feel concerned, especially for young kids.
There is no internet access for this unit and it causes some inconvenience.
