Guest Reviews for Cozy, modern 3 Bedroom house - Pagosa Lakes

Could not ask for more!
My husband and I stayed in this beautiful Pagosa home in early October of 2009. Every comfort was provided for, even things I would not have thought I needed - but certainly appreciated finding there. The home is in a quiet subdivision, with lots of yard area and no very close neighbors. It was very quiet here, and we saw mule deer crossing the yard several evenings. The house was immaculate and the furnishings and linens were top quality. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would have in your own home - and more than I have in mine since I am a miserable cook. All of the bedrooms were spacious, especially the master bedroom which features a huge bed so comfortable I had to have a very stern talk with myself every morning to force my too-pampered body out into the world. And the owners are so helpful and so prompt in answering any questions - we just could not have had a better experience. We usually rent three or four cabins or homes a year as we travel and I can truthfully say that this Pagosa home has been our favorite. We hated to leave and certainly plan to rent it on our next visit to Colorado. More...

Lovely, spacious, convenient, upscale home away from home with v
The reunion with my 3 adult sons in this lovely home with the early moning visit from deer was joyful. What a magnificent master bedroom & bath. The inclusion of a dog made it perfect for us.
The hiking trails, fishing and exploring the gorgeous backcountry of Pagosa was so easy that we didn't take time to enjoy the nicest hot springs in Colorado.

A comfortable home in paradise!
This home is set up perfectly for a family. There is a king sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen sized bed in one bedroom, and a set of bunkbeds (full on bottom twin on top)in the third bedroom. There is plenty of storage space for clothes in all the closets and empty dressers. The towels were plentiful and nice, as were the bed linens. This home is tastefully decorated but not personal. We felt at home but not like we were invading someone else's home.
This home does not have air conditioning, but there is a fan. We stayed in the hottest part of the summer and did not need it. We opened the windows in the evening and the house cooled fairly quickly. Satellite TV is connected to both televisions, there are lots of games, and the bookshelves are stocked with lots of books by popular authors. Furniture in the home is nice, but not over-the-top fancy. We felt perfectly comfortable putting our feet up on the coffee table. The kitchen is fully appointed with plenty of seating. Our favorite time was playing in the large yard with our 3 year old and watching the wildlife. The deck is a gorgeous place to read and have a glass of wine.
It is more than obvious that the owners really try to make their guests feel comfortable and at home!
