This villa was one of the best villa we have stayed in and we have been visiting Florida for 17years now. The villa is set in a very quiet secure location on a gated community. The villa itself feels very secure with a great alarm system and not overlooked to the rear. Even though the villa is set between other villas there are hedges to enhance the private feel to the large pool and hot tub. The pool benefits from the sun all day long and I really do mean all day. We spent three weeks in the villa in early Sep and apart from the villa having the obvious benefits of a well equipped games room, PS3, large TV and lots of towels it was the little things that impressed us the most, a cooler box for guests to use, a outdoor electrical BBQ grill with IPod docking station ( music whilst you swim and grill!!) pool toys already for us to use.
The villa itself is huge and we did not use all the bedrooms as we did not have small children but the kids rooms looked great with really nice toys and even dressing up costumes in the wardrobe and books on the book self. My daughter wished she was little again.
We also found the free wifi a huge plus along with the free local phone calls we used the internet most night for keeping in touch back home, this place really was a home away from home. I also have to say it was so easy to book direct with Linda and Rob and they made the whole process smooth and worry free. The management people they use in Orlando are also excellent and are on hand to give you any help or advice you need. We had a great time in this villa and can highly recommend the villa and the excellent location, this place is so close to Disney that you can hear the fireworks and so close to the 192 and all that can offer with shopping and restaurants.

| This is one villa I will not hesitate to go back to. Penny from Heaven is so well equipped sitting very close to plenty of shops and restaurants and only 10 minutes from Disney. I could not have wished for better accommodation, it's so well looked after with every conceivable piece of equipment you would wish for to make you vacation pleasurable and relaxing. I have already booked the villa for next year - didn't want to take the chance of it booking up and not being able to get in. |

| Linda and Rob were fantastic in dealing with all our questions that we had when booking our holday. Their villa is in a fantastic location and was truly minutes from the parks like they claimed. The villa had a lot of extras inside and is obviously well looked after. The pool is very secluded overlooking trees where you quite often saw racoons and armadillo's. All of the rooms were well decorated and my kids loved the winnie the pooh room. We wouldnt hesitate in recommending this villa to stay in and are planning on staying again in 2009 |

| It was a real surprise when we opened the door to discover such a fabulous villa. The care and attention given to the theming of the bedrooms was impressive. The juke box was also a lovely feature and it was fun preparing breakfast dancing around the kitchen to our favourite tunes. The hot tub proved a great hit especially in the evenings. The location of the villa was ideal for all the theme parks, especially Disney and the villa information provided really useful hints on where to eat and visit. We enjoyed ourselves so much in Florida at this villa that we have already booked again for next year. Can't wait! |

we traveled as a large family group which contained several generations.
This home offers 3 ground floor bedrooms (2 of which being doubles) making it ideal for those people that suffer from mobility difficulties.
the Villa is clean, spacious and kept to a high standard with a generous supply of towels.
the location is ideal for getting to Disney with only an 8 minute drive to Animal kingdom (yes we timed the trip) and is also close to shops and several places to eat.
The Villa owner is quick to answer any questions about anything from where to buy attraction tickets to the best place to get flights they are the most helpful villa owners that we have used!!!
would definatly stay again |

| We had a great holiday, I booked it and dealt with Linda throughout, she was really helpful and made things very easy. Booking a holiday this way can appear a little daunting at first, but I would highly recommend it. Everything was as described and even better, great location and a great home for a holiday. The villa had lots of personal touches, like a fab juke box, more crockery than you could use, mountains of towels, everything to make your holiday more easy and relaxing. I would go back again without a doubt. All in all the service we received was first clas, the location was brilliant, I honestly have no negatives to report about this villa or holiday, 10 out of 10, you cannot fail to love this place, best regards, Gary and family |

We were lucky enough to have been able to spend 2 weeks at Penny from heaven Villa. The villa had everything we could possibly have needed, the location is exceptional, the pool gets the sun all day and its very private.
Sunset Lakes itself is so convinently situated right off the 192, with an abundance of shops and restraunts on the doorstep. It genuinley is 10mins from Disney - I know a lot of Villa's make these claims, but we actually timed our drive and we can verify that this is actually true.
Its obvious that Rob and linda love their villa, this is a family home, not just a rental property. They went above and beyond in answering questions, dealing with payments, making sure that everything was dealt with efficiently and quickly.
I had complete faith and confidence in booking with them, and wouldnt hesistate in reccommending Penny from Heaven as the perfect villa for your next family vacation.

When booking Penny from Hevan Villa the service was 5 star. All information arrived in plenty of time, just incase we had any questions. All information that was given was correct and directions were easy to follow. When we arrived at the villa, everything that they said was included was there and more. The location was great and the amenities were only a short journey from the Villa. The thing that we liked best about the villa was that it is in a nice quiet location and not to far from the Parks and I Drive.
Would recommend this Villa and definately would go again. |
