I was surprised at the quality and attention to detail of this property.
It was spacious, nicely decorated and in a great location. It is a really cute
town, with plenty of restaurants and shopping in walking distance.
The kitchen was so well equipped, it was easy to cook and prepare meals,
spices and all in the condo.

Our family had the wonderful opportunity to stay in this beautifully furnished condo.I love everything about this place it is so cozy you feel you are right at home. This is our second stay here and I can tell you this is the best location right in the middle of town just a walk to everything,fine dining or casual restaurants, candy shops, trendy clothing stores, hair etc.. no need to drive. This place is so close to skiing, biking, trail, & horseback riding. We will be back for a third stay next year!!!!

I loved staying in this luxurious townhome in one of my favorite towns. The townhome is so inviting and comfortable. I really liked the d?cor and furnishings, and we had plenty of room. We were also just a sort walk from downtown Durango, and the best way to experience downtown is on foot. Durango Mountain Ski Resort is only 25 miles away so we could go skiing/snowboarding anytime we felt like it! I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway in beautiful Durango. I can?t wait to go back!

I travel frequently for work, so I have high
expectations.

I stayed 5 nights in this condo; and it was great.
The building looked new. The parking was easy,
secure and clean. There is an elevator going up;
and I never waited long for it.

The condo was stylish and comfortable. The leather
sofas in the picture are quite comfortable. HD TV.
There's a grill on the patio. The kitchen is
decently equipped. It has a breakfast bar from
which you can actually serve breakfast. Friendly
dining table is as it looks in the pictures.

Both bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms
were large and really clean and really nice.

My wife is reminding me about the laundry machine
in the unit and that we couldn't hear any of our
neighbors; this is important because I'm a light
sleeper.

Legitimately stylish, but comfortable. And the
location was really good.

When I was there it was all snowed in; so I can
tell you that every where is an easy drive and the
streets were well-maintained.

Except for snow, this place is an easy walk to
coffee shops and ice cream, shopping, saloons and
some really good restaurants.

I had such great time staying at this place. It is not only immaculate, but also very comfortable and well furnished with all the necessary amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals and had plenty of dining room. We also took advantage of the BBQ grill out back. Everything in the condo was in great working condition and we never had any issues. Besides being such a nice place to stay, it was so close to downtown that we didn't have to drive (even in cold weather!). Needless to say, this place met my expectations and much more.
