Two couples came to the mountains together to celebrate their anniversaries. The amenities were ideal. We all loved the hot tub and enjoyed shooting pool downstairs while the gas logs kept us warm. A beautiful snowfall made it even more memorable for us South Carolinians who don't see much of that!The bear decor carried throughout the home provided a nice theme. Very cozy place. The cabin was in a great setting. Beautiful views of the snow capped trees. Great location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We had a blast celebrating our son's 16th bday!! Our son took a friend and they loved their room and private bathroom. They enjoyed the pool table and all the cabin had to offer. The adults loved everything about the cabin, too. When you picture in your mind what a cabin should look and feel like...this is it. So quaint but at the same time plenty of room. We were so busy enjoying everything during our 5 day stay we never took advantage of the hot tub. Next time?? The two boys stayed very entertained with all that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg had to offer. There were so many attractions and I loved ice skating in Ober Gatlinburg. We also had a great time snow sledding down the hills at the cabin every morning while waiting for the snow plow. Yes I said snow plow.(We went early Feb. so plenty of snow). But don't let that turn you off. Have you never thought about how nice it would be to get snowed in when you have such an awesome and fully equipped cabin, with a nice fireplace? It also has 4 tvs. We all snuggled up each night after cooking dinner in the cute kitchen and watched tv. It was so relaxing. I can't wait to go back. I only wish that the Memory Book in the cabin would have had a few blank pages left. I wanted to share the 16th Bday celebration but was unable to. We had the best time for our Valentines Weekend stay. This cabin is very nice and fun!! The Location was perfect as well!! I would stay here again! More...

We loved our stay at the Bar None; my middle child has declared he will stay there every year for the rest of his life. The hot tub was nice and we loved the gas fireplace.

My only complaint was that there was absolutely no water pressure... taking a shower in a trickle of water isn't easy. I guess that is a problem with many of the mountain cabins, though. We tried to use one of the 2 indoor jacuzzis but after an hour, gave up trying to fill the tub.

The kids had a blast playing "restaurant" at the bar and the beds were very comfortable. The location was really convenient for both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. More...

The service of Cabins USA was excellent. They were very friendly and helpful. The cabin is not what is advertised on the internet. It is very small. When we arrived the heat did not work at all. Cabins USA sent someone immediately to fix the problem, but they only fixed the heat on the upper level. In order to get the lower level to a comfortable temperature we had to run the heat nonstop which made the upper level so hot we could not stand it. The rocking chair on the porch broke when my husband sat in it causing injury. Overall we were very unsatisfied with the cabin, but I would recommend Cabins USA. They did everything that they could to make up for Bar None not being what it should have been. They even went so far as to refund part of our stay. More...
