Thank you for staying with Cabins USA Gatlinburg. Our Maintenance staff has addressed the issue that you had with the leak. The fooseball game was moved out so a pool table could be put in the cabin because more guests wanted a pool table. We're glad that you enjoyed your stay and we hope you'll stay with us again soon.
Pictures of the cabin are misleading
We got there and found that the cabin was a bit smaller than we expected by viewing the cabin pictures. To top it off the maintenance guy had to come out to repair our hot tub. So I would recommend a different cabin. More...

Simply amazing
The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable in suggesting places not to miss while we were there. The Powder Keg was perfect for us, truly beautiful. We were located 15-20 minutes away from everything. we are already planning our next trip back just so we can spend more time in the cabin. More...

Ideal cabin but has issues
We enjoyed our stay in the cabin, but there are issues. The downstairs shower does not drain(the tile is not sloped to drain all of the water)so water stands in the basin basically at all times. It makes it really cold to step into next day. Also the upstairs bedroom is loft style not shown in photos so little privacy from other guests.
