Our new luxury Poolside Villas were opened in December 2008 and offer all of the amenities that you could desire for convenience and comfort. Our gourmet kitchens are large with Wolf and Sub Zero appliances and fully stocked from cookware to service and table ware to make eating in a breeze.We have added designer furnishings throughout and have the rare amenity of central A/C for additional comfort in a tropical climate. The Lanai extend your living area outdoors to enjoy the lush tropical island and breezes.For those days you would like to relax by the pool, there is also a spa available for a relaxing soak as well as barbecue grills.

No Hot Showers!
The only problem that we had was that we ran out of water to take showers, had many cold showers. If you can solve that problem we think it would be one of the nicest places we have stayed.

The one thing I would suggest is putting lights on the BarB-Que area, Also the large window in the living room was very difficult to open and close. All and all it was lovely :)

Truly an Incredible Experience!
The Villas at Poipu Kai is the best kept secret on Kauai. The villa we stayed in was simply amazing. It was extremely well-appointed, from the very large flat screen tv's & dvd player, brand-new washer & dryer to the gourmet kitchen that contained every amenity you could possibly ask for. Anything you could think of in a kitchen was available - there was even a pressure cooker!
There was ample space spread out across the villa: a large living & dining room, entryway, island kitchen, outdoor lanai, 3 very spacious bedrooms, and 3 marble bathrooms with massaging showerheads! The main bedroom also had a walkin entryway leading to an exquisite bathtub with generous space for 2! It seemed like no expense was spared in the unit itself.
From our living room and directly in front of our lanai was a private pond with a gorgeous waterfall... Breakfast out there each morning with the sounds of birds, water, the scenery... truly an incredible experience!
And the villas themselves are a 2 minute walk to the tennis courts and only a 4 minute walk to Poipu Beach! The walk itself was appreciated by all of us as the grounds were expertly maintained (highlights being gorgeous birds of paradise flowers, banana trees, swaying palms!).
I almost forgot the pool and jacuzzi (with its own waterfall), 2 5-burner gas grills and a very relaxed setting to enjoy a private, sunset dinner with the family!
Forget the Grand Hyatt Marriott or Sheraton, surprise your loved ones - If you ever come to Kauai, the Villas at Poipu Kai is the place to be!

Fabulous Experience in Poipu, Kauai
This was by far the best rental experience our family has had. The resort was better than we had expected on every level. The condo was so comfortable and spacious and well appointed. The pool was a huge hit with a great hot tub and plenty of room to swim and play. It was rarely used by more than 4 or 5 people so it was very relaxing. The free use of beach items was fantastic, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and boogie boards. The staff was exceptionally friendly and made us feel very comfortable. I would easily recommend this property to any family wanting a true Hawaiian vacation. Having a well stocked kitchen (and Costco) made eating "in" just as fun as eating out and they even had grills which we used to grill fresh fish and shrimp. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, the bathrooms wonderful and the living space/kitchen and lanai were big enough for our family of 5. This was a great rental experience.
