Our new luxury Poolside Villas were opened in December 2008 and offer all of the amenities that you could desire for convenience and comfort. Our gourmet kitchens are large with Wolf and Sub Zero appliances and fully stocked from cookware to service and table ware to make eating in a breeze.We have added designer furnishings throughout and have the rare amenity of central A/C for additional comfort in a tropical climate. The Lanai extend your living area outdoors to enjoy the lush tropical island and breezes.For those days you would like to relax by the pool, there is also a spa available for a relaxing soak as well as barbecue grills.

I Cannot Wait For Our Return Trip
The only reason not to review this place so highly is so that the next time I go it won't be too crowded or too expensive! The Villas are amazing! The facilities are incredible, the staff so helpful and friendly and the dinners we made (with every imaginable kitchen tool available) cannot compare to anything you could buy in a South Shore restaurant! We stayed there with our near three-year-old daughter who frolicked in the pool and played in the sand to her heart's content with every toy you could ever need provided by The Villas. Not to mention the beautiful setting we had for our in-home massage sessions... I cannot rave enough about The Villas...I truly cannot wait to return!!!

Overall
We had a great time and were very impressed with the facilities. A few suggestions to the make the experience better: 1. make the pool access keyless. It was frustrating to have to remember to bring the key and then to trade the keys around; there were 3 different couples in our condo doing different things. 2. Have a info page about recycling. It is just down the road and it would've been nice to know what and how we could recycle. 3. Maybe an outdoor shower in a central location to shower off prior to entering the pool; or cleaning after coming back from the beach if you miss the shower in the park.
Thanks so much for a great experience. We will hopefully come back in the near future and vacation with you again.

Best Condos in Kauai!
This is a wonderful place, brand new and luxurious everything. The condos have very high ceilings, lovely new furnishings, pretty finishes and everything is spotless. There is a wonderful property manager who helps with groceries, activity recommendations, jumps on any needed repairs, etc. There is a very short walk to Brennecke and Poipu beaches on one side and the Grand Hyatt on the other. Stores and restaurants are located nearby. You couldn't ask for a better location, especially if you have kids.
