Guest Reviews for 2905 Versailles

Great location and extremely well-stock condo
We stayed at Versailles and loved the condo. The location was close to everything - beaches, shopping and restaurants. Loved having the pools close by after returning from the beach to go for a dip. Our condo was extremely well-equipped and there was nothing lacking in the kitchen area. Would definitely recommend staying here -- good value!

Nearly perfect vacation home
My family and I stayed here for 7 days in May 2009. The home was nearly perfect. High quality furniture, a fully stocked kitchen with items I had never seen before. Very inviting with a open lay-out. The home was as clean as one would expect from a vacation home that had been used for 7 days prior. The welcome binder that the owner's left for the renters is a great idea but it could use some updating. The location of the home is amazing. Right off the main highway and only minutes from Rehoboth and Dewey Beach. Our family loved the pool and tennis courts directly across the street. The quality windows kept the tennis noise to a minimum. This rental felt like our home for the week. We did not want to leave. We hope to use this home every time we visit Rehoboth Beach. Our only concern is with one of the quest rooms. We would have liked to see 2 twins instead of the bunk beds. The metal bunk beds felt very cheap. A wooden bunk or 2 twins would be a great idea. Overall this is a dream vacation home. More...

Great!
We are a family of 5 and thought this rental was perfect for our family! It is located in a nice, quiet community with 2 great pools that the kids loved! The short drive to the beach was not bad either. We did have to do a little cleaning of the floors when we arrived, but other than that we thought the rental was great and would definately stay there again! More...

The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and easily accessibl
We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home. It was easily accessible to any area of Rehoboth that we needed to get to. It comes with a parking pass for the beach area which was a nice touch. The unit itself was a very short distance to one of the pools. The pool was very nice and really came in handy in the late afternoons. There was more than enough room for sleeping accommodations. I have 5 children and they had plenty of room to relax, sleep comfortably, etc. I really don't have anything bad to say regarding this place. I would stay there again if ever we returned to Delaware.
