Beautiful Place Lots of FUN! |

| We stayed here from Oct 8-11th and it was so pretty and so CLEAN!!! I would recommend this chalet to everyone! We had 3 couples with us and it was so comfortable! The only downside was with 6 people we accumulate a lot of garbage and we only had one can, The racoons were bad and knocked it over almost every night. I would suggest maybe a can with a lock of some sort maybe even a cage. This place is very easy to get to downtown Gatlinburg and out of the way of traffic for the most part. The bedrooms are huge! and each one has it's own jacuzzi tub! AWSOME! I would stay there again and again and again, This is my 3rd time staying with Jackson Mountain and I have NEVER been disappointed with my Chalets! I am thinking of one year staying with them for a week! :) If your looking for a weekend getaway look no further this chalet is IT!!!! |

| needed more towels for bathroom that is my only complaint. and address or house number of the above the bears lodge for pizza delivery lol!!!!! awosomw cabin very nice well maintained. thank you for your hospitality. emtb 69 |

| Thank you for you comments. The house number is posted at the cabin as well as in the unit book which is usually left on the dining table. We will double check to make sure it is still there. We do provide one bath towerl per person per max occupancy of the, however, extras are available upon request. Thanks! |

| When we arrived cabin was neat and clean. We found every amenities which has mention on the website. House has everything we needed. This was the one of the cleanest place we ever visited. Kids has a lots of fun playing pool and other games. Simply was most comfortable stay we ever had when we were on vacation. |

| We stayed at Above the Bears Lodge for one week. Beautiful view overlooking the mountains! The house was very clean and well furnished. Just a couple of minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. Great place to stay!!! We had a great time!!! |

| Above the Bears was recommended to me by my daughter Denise Edsall who visited in December 2008. They described the convenience, the quality of the lodge and the ammenities. Every thing was operational and was well stocked with necessary supplies. Sheets, towels, bed clothes etc. The Lodge was clean and well furnished. Check in and out was fast and efficient. I would definately recommend the facility to friends and we will use your facility when we return to Gatlinburg. |

| THE CABIN WAS BEAUTIFUL AND WELL MAINTAINED, WE ALL ENJOYED OUR VISIT. CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN, GROCERY STORE, AND THE PANCAKE HOUSE AT THE END OF THE ROAD IS EXCELLENT! WE WERE IN TOWN FOR A WEDDING, AND TO COME BACK TO THE CABIN WAS RESTFUL WITH A GOOD VIEW OF MOUNTAINS IN DISTANCE. THIS CABIN IS PRETTY HIGH AND THERE ARE A LOT OF STAIRS (4 SETS) AND STEEP DRIVEWAY BUT WELL WORTH THE CLIMB! WE WILL DEFINATLY RECOMMEND AND RETURN. THE STAFF WERE HELPFUL AND VERY NICE. |

| The cabin was a spacious and nicely decorated 3 bedroom/3 bath with plenty of private and shared space for all in our party of 6. All of the comforts of home were there along with plenty of entertainment with the game room, tv's and hot tub. Did not bring our kids this time, but the cabin would have been great for my little boys too. The wide, carpeted stairs would have been great for burning off some toddler energy. Would rent this cabin again. |

We have been renting from Jackson Mountain Homes for quite a number of years now. We vacation in the area atleast twice a year. We have always been 100% satisfied with all of the homes that we have chosen. They are extremely clean with all of the anemities that you could ask for.
On two occations we experinced a problem with something not working in the cabin and I called the office and they were very efficient with getting us fixed up. I would highly recommend to all to rent from Jackson Mountain Homes. I spread the word to all of our friends when ever I get the opportunity. |

Three families stayed in the Above the Bears house in November. This house had the perfect set up for us because each family had a bedroom on a separate floor. We loved the location of this house because it is close to Downtown Gatlinburg and the entrance to the park. This is perfect when you have young children and don't want to spend too much time in the car.
The house was clean and everything was in working order. The staff made it easy for us to get the keys after hours. We would recommend better lighting for the outside steps. |

Oh my goodness how we miss this cabin ! Up until staying at Above
the Bears we have stayed in a different cabin on our annual spring visit
but will never stay in another now. Can you say location , location ,
location ?!?! Less than 5 minutes from the parkway and w/in walking
distance to some attractions but yet private at the same time and no
need for 4wd. Fabulous layout great for multiple couples and
extended families ! Definitely a home away from home with modern
yet comfy touches. Thank you soooo much for opening up your home
to us. Cant wait to get back ! Cant forget to mention the fabulous staff
that greeted us when we arrived as well :) |

This was such a wonderful house, we loved the layout and the space. We will be coming back to stay with Jackson Mountain Homes again. Everyone who works with Jackson Mountains Homes are so wonderful and friendly. They go out of the way to help us.
The only thing that could be improved is it needs a better grill. We were not able to cook all of the food at one time.

| This is a great cabin at the end of the drive so you are alone.Nice mt. veiws nice porch with swing and fireplace right on the porch.Jetted tubes in both bed rooms a fully equipt kitchen all you need to bring is the food.This cabin was warm and very homely and it was great that small dogs are wilcome. This cabin is quite but less then five minutes from down town gatlinburg.I do advise you to have four wheel drive if staying in the winter it snowed while we where there and I sure was glad I had four wheeldrive Don't think we could of made it to the cabin with out it... |
